If the question is 'did pregnancy occur'? we are looking for an event in 'Past'. Applying aspect relate to events in future, hence they are not important. There needs to be connection between Querent and Quesited. So we need two significators. for L5 Mars is ok. For L1 think about taking Moon. Hi Paul, I use Frawley's system (not mine) while doing horaries. When I do horaries I use his system of essential and accidental dignities. It matches with what you described in one of your above post.
