Well, if PDAs/PDA phones come into play, AstroPocket is a very good one. My mother uses it a lot on her Treo 650. Unfortunately, I never made it to the Palm. You will laugh, but I replaced my laptop running on Win95 only last Autumn.... PalmOS PDAs are pretty cheap these days. New ones cost around ?...

Try to search for Java applications, they work on most phones.
