we're thinking of using Campanus and probably a couple more house systems, if it makes a difference on selection, a colour method/hour lord, etc. and ascending degree. I am using: 1. Addey (Campanus) but without antiscia. 2. As 1 but using Placidus 5th cusp. 3. Lord of the Hour and jockey's colours...

A reminder - in previous years I have found that over a third of my points have come from the Jockey and Trainer selections. It's worth putting some time into Stable selection.

A longer odds Addey pick for the Derby: Circus Maximus.

We were close with the Oaks: Pink Dogwood was 2nd by a neck. I had used Addey, although I don't think John uses that. With Addey I have seen quite often that it gives a placed horse, so I was happy with a close 2nd. Perhaps the winner Anapurna somehow fitted the astrology better, but I can't see how.

Three serious races this week, although two favourites predicted. All at Epsom.
