it's not a house system, but a mode where to begin 1st house. My Urania has option to draw few house systems in such a mode - asc as center of the house, boundaries/cusps drawn separately on both sides of asc line:

Well, in fact Placidus claimed it was the system mentioned in Ptolemy's Almagest. Margherita Ptolemy described method of (as nowadays we call it) semi-arcs as the method of primary directions.
