I think Crofts's thesis about "On elections" contains the first English translation of a work of Shal (latinezed: Zahel). What puzzles me is whether it is a translation from Latin text or from Arabic? Probably it's from the Latin text. Anyway this site is a little treasure. I?m quite annoyed to see translation of the Latin translation which is another translation from the Arabic original text.
