In fact i calculated the lunation chart for Indonesia coordinates and had an understanding that differences of longitude and latitude between those countries of the region would dislocate Saturn to more or less proximity with the IC.

We can see the Saturn line crossing between Indonesia and Philipines.The luminaires doing a separative aspect with Saturn,representing an event that would occur prior the lunation.
