Re: The combination of planets representing the nativity defeating others Hi Aimer, I was trying to find the passage in Firmicus Book 8, but couldn’t. In any case, it seems a bit odd and I don’t recall other authors speaking this way (I’m thinking mainly of Sahl, Bonatti and Lilly). To judge enemies and one’s victory over them, it really depends on a lot of things. As a g... Hello Andrewfaure, and welcome! I have also wondered the same thing for quite some time now. Honestly, my mind is still not set on a specific explanation and I?m still open to anything. So here?s what I?ve come up with: I don?t think you should discard anyone, but you should first try different appr... Hi Ming, Hi everyone, I find it interesting that the 7th (the sellers) is a bi-corporal sign. I am not sure however how to take significators for two books that are sent separately. Regarding the Moon, I?m a bit concerned about her state: she is peregrine, under the rays, in via combusta and slow of... Forum: Horary & Electional Astrology Topic: When will the two books arrive? You are absolutely right. Having knowledge of the expected/standard delivery time helps a lot. I do not receive a lot of letters from abroad usually. And when I happen to send something to France and ask for an estimated time of delivery I am told that it depends...(which is understandable but still... Hi everyone, Hi Ming! Thank you for participating to this exercise. The answer was: it arrived on the 22nd of October. -The Moon was void of course, so I took it as meaning that nothing should prevent the book from arriving safely. -I then took the ruler of the radical 12th as signifying the book. Hi Ming! Sorry about that. The chart appeared fine on my screen so I assumed I did it right haha. Does anyone else see a small chart? I'm changing the location for privacy reasons. Only the MC will slightly change (and the axis 3rd/9th) but I assure you that won't prevent you from finding the correc... Exercise: When will my book arrive? Hi everyone, Today I?ll suggest a new exercise. The question was: When will my book arrive? I asked my family to order me a book in France and then send it to me in the US. My mom took care of the whole thing. She sent it on the 12th of October. Eager to get it and thinking that it would be a good e... Forum: Horary & Electional Astrology Topic: Exercise: When will my book arrive? Replies: 8 Views: 4136 Tue Nov 03, 2015 3:10 pm Jump to post
Hi everyone, Ming, My mom is short, a bit plump, with a strong constitution. She has dark hair, dark eyes and a tanned complexion. As for Mrs P., she is taller, has fair long straight hair, a roundish/oval face and has a pink complexion. A broad forehead with prominent eyes and lips. Also, well done... I?m glad you enjoyed that little exercise :D Regarding the time of birth: Ming, you were right when you said during day time. Deb, very close and very impressive! That little boy was born at 12:56pm or said differently, at noon and 56 minutes. If you don?t mind and have the time, I?d love to hear ho... Hey everyone, Thank you very much for participating to this exercise. I have learnt a lot with your answers. So, here?s what happened: On the 10th, Mrs P. had contractions and thought it was time. The nurse came and said it was not time yet. On the 15th Mrs P. experienced contractions again. The nur... Forum: Horary & Electional Astrology Topic: Exercise: when is she going to give birth? Hi Everyone, Ming: thank you for your reply. Do not worry about your answer. I think I understand your fears, I'm kind of the same, always worried I'll say something wrong. But we have to remember that it is important to try. Practice makes perfect they say! :D Deb: Thanks for your reply, I?ll ask f... Hi Ming, Hi Deb, Thank you Deb for inserting the chart! Very good question! I?m sorry, I should?ve explained a bit more: So, Mrs P. is my mom?s nephew?s wife. (Basically: My mom has a sister who has two children. One of the two children is a boy, who is married to Mrs P.) Little warning! Stop readin...
