My husband is interviewing for a job and wants to know if he will get it.
He did not actually ask me to do a horary, he just woke up that morning and just asked me if he will get the job and i noted the time and cast the chart later.

My husbands significator is 1st lord Mars in its own sign aries in the first house.
Job significator is 10th lord, Saturn in sag, which is in the terms of Mars.

There is an applying trine between them in under 1 degree which looks positive.
And moon will also sextile Mars and then oppose Saturn, translating the light.

I would say he has a high chance of getting this job.

The only thing which kinda concerns me is that the 7th also rules the astrologer which is me, signified by a weak, in detriment, retro Venus. My husband technically did not ask me to cast a chart, he just asked me and i just noted the time and cast the chart, not sure if iam allowed to do that!
The chart seems radical, the planetary hour matches, moon is not VOC etc

He did receive news today that he is going to be called for an inhouse interview next week.

The trine shows he can get the job. But Mars is in Saturn's fall. Does he want the job? I don't think so.

He will either choose not take the job because he does not like what is offered or, if he takes it because he really needs it or for some reason that we do not know, he will take a job that he will be disappointed with.

The Moon is on the star Alcyone. I have never ever seen a horary chart with a significator on Alcyone that has a positive answer. Alcyone means things will not turn out the way the querent expects, that is: disappointment of some kind.

If the husband is L7 then the answer is a straight "no" because there is no aspect.

My husband hasn't had a job in his field for quite sometime and has been doing odd jobs here and there and if he gets this job which is in his field, it would be a Godsend! So he wouldn't mind any inconveniences like a pay cut or not so good boss or moving etc
At this stage in his life he just needs one last job in his field with a decent pay for just a year or so to tie some loose ends.
So according to you also it looks like he will get the job.
As for the moon on alcyone, it's his secondary sig and his main sig is Mars quite strong in Aries and hoping it will negate it, hoping it would ?

OK everyone giving an update as promised.
My husband got the official offer letter today and he has accepted it.
The salary is less than what he used to get before but its fine.
One more question I have is if there is a way to find out from this horary chart how long this job will last!
Mars, his significator will move from aries to taurus in 4 degrees, so maybe 4 months to 4 yrs lol

Just as well that this was not a love horary or I would have not known if Harry loved Sally or not .
The Venus(2nd lord) is firmly in clutches of 1st lord and after retrogressing into pisces will remain in Aries so that is next 30 years atleast, assured of money.
