I've been wanting to move away for some time but it's financially prohibitive to do on my own. A friend of mine also wants to move, so while we were discussing getting a house together I asked "Will it happen?"

Unfortunately the Moon being VOC doesn't look promising at all

Can anyone help me out with a more detailed delineation of the chart? While the VOC Moon shows a straightforward "nothing will come of this", it'd be helpful to see if there was any more useful information in the chart!

Data is 20/04/06, 14:05 BST, 23N46 002W42 (Preston, England). Ascendant is 27 Leo.

The link for the chart you give seems to have been expired, so I haven't seen it. But a late ascendant, you say 27 Leo, seems to be implying you already have missed an opportunity, maybe just another negativity in addition to VOC moon.

Hmm... I thought the Asc. was borderline late... I agree it's late but I thought it wasn't so late that it wasn't worth reading. (Especially as Leo is a slow-rising sign.)

But maybe that's all there is to the chart... just a late Asc. and a VOC Moon... back to the drawing board I suppose!
