I've a couple of questions...

First question
I'm looking at a chart where my ASC is Libra 19:36 and Venus 12:12 in my 5th(Pisces). Venus is exalted but the ASC is via combust. Will Venus reduced its essential dignities in this case? Or the chart should not be read at all?

2nd Question

And I'm confused by this...

For questions such as "will I receive my payment from this person?" "will I be rewarded handsomely in monetary terms by this person?"...etc.

Is it correct if I looked into radical 2nd house and 8th house for clues? The quesited will be 7th house and the turned 2(his money) is the radical 8th(my others money). turned 8(his others money) is the radical 2nd(my money).

i want to find out if the quesited(7th house) is financially stable and if he is able and willing to pay me. I look into his 2nd house(Taurus) and the ruler is the same as my ASC. His money(his 2nd) which is my others money(8th) shares the same ruler with my ASC(Libra - via combust). I looked into my 2nd house(Scorpio) and the ruler is same as his ASC(Aries). They are not applying any aspects. I'm stuck and clueless how to continue this.


3rd question

Venus is going to conjunct Uranus. Will the conjunction be interpreted as Pleasant surprise?

4th Question

I think I'm still not 100% sure that I do understand translation of light and frustration. In another chart, I have Moon 1:34 Sag and Mercury 0:16 Aries and Saturn 4:29 Leo. Moon leaving a trine from Mercury and going to trine Saturn. Is it translation of light?

Saturn is the querent, Moon is the quesited and Mercury rules 5th and 9th. How do I read this? In this case... which is the translating planet? Will the translating planet has more influence than the other two planets?

What if ... Moon is approaching a square with another planet and not a trine? Is this translation of light still consider positive?

5th question

Is there any exception where a chart can still be read when Saturn is in the 7th? Or we should NEVER consider the chart as valid whenever Saturn appears in the 7th? What if there is a translation of light and saturn(ASC ruler) is one of the 3 involved planets, will this chart has to be discarded without a doubt?

I was taught that the via combusta only applies to the Moon. I would ignore the fact that the ASC is there. Venus is still exalted in Pisces no matter what. If you decide to follow the "considerations," fine, but the ASC in the via combusta is not one of them. Again: ignore it.

You wish to see if someone else's money is coming to you. Even if it is a loan, if the money is not in your posession, it is not your money. You say the quesited is the 7th house, so the quesited's money is the 8th (2nd of the 7th). Is the ruler of the 8th applying to the ruler of the ASC, the Moon, or to the ASC itself? You want a connection between the 8th house and its ruler and your significator.

The radical 2nd house is money you already have. Having your own money coming to you, is not much help.

It depends on how you delineate Uranus. I don't use the outer planets, much, and in a question like this I would probably ignore it. When I do use Uranus I use it to mean separations of some kind, e.g. divorce, losing a job, etc. And although I am quite sure you are a pleasant person, Venus represents you in this chart, not the quality of being pleasant.

Others may disagree with this bit about Uranus, but I urge caution when employing the outer planets in a horary.

The ruler of the radical 8th is the same ruler of the ASC(Venus). The ruler of radical 2nd is the same ruler of DSC. This is where I'm confused.

Moon 10:56 Sag (in radical 2nd house) is about to perfect a square with Venus 12:12 Pisces(in the 5th). If Uranus is ignored, this is the only aspect between Venus and Moon. Ruler of DSC(Mars) is not making any aspect with Venus or Moon.

You need to make clear your relationship between the person you are expecting money from and yourself. If it is an ex partner you would use the 7th house. If it is an employer you would use the 10th house.

I see that this is the third time you have asked essentially the same question. I would discount the other two charts and concentrate on the first one. This is the one that you asked on the 14th of April. You cannot expect to gain clarity around an issue if there are several charts. Of course, the charts for the 15th and the 25th are very similar.
In one of the other threads where you asked this question I explained that his significator would be either ruler of the 10th for an employer or the 6th for a work colleague. You would not use the 7th unless he is a partner of some kind, either romantic or business. You would use the 2nd and the 8th for financial issues. In the first chart (14th April) the Moon, your co-significator, and Mercury, his significator (if you use the 6th house for the co-worker) are in an exact inconjunct to the very minute. Mercury and Mars (your primary significator) are in an applying square. I often don't take notice of the inconjunct but its exactness was interesting.

I don't know as I'm still relatively new to horary, I vaguely remember I read it somewhere that if there is new information added to a scenario, a new chart is needed for a new set of question.

I think I asked twice on the situation but on the 2nd question, it is after I discovered some added information and the nature of the question is rather different(at least being the party involved, emotionally it feels different :p)

I'm personally confused by our work relationship too. I worked for him in one area, getting paid, and business partner in another area. I'm too confused which significator I should use for him which is more appropriate. I reckon, maybe 7th house is the safest option as it means "the other", maybe I can see him as a client of mine.

I guess the applying square means it is a difficult work situation but how will inconjunct apply here?

Should I studied the first chart or 2nd chart to find more clues of the 2nd question I asked? Not related only to payment but also if there is any traces that there is any betrayal?
