Looks like he still does consultations. See told ya, he is pricey. But he is worth it. He is very busy so I had to choose a day that he is available. Once I pay and book the time, I call. Robert is a nice guy and I still have the recording. I enjoyed talking to him very much. He is a friendly man and I even asked him how he came to that conclusion (my horary) and he happily explained.

I don't know much about horary, but I was once extremely impressed by an answer that John Frawley gave.
