3- Harmonic 16,64 and 4096

Harmonic 16 : if the birth time is unknown.
Harmonic 16 and 64 : if the birth time is known.
Harmonic 4096 : When the moon phases are used.
a)Because you can calculate the moon phases to the second.
b)There is a short time span between moon phases and event.

Linchi, your extensive work is an example of scientific right brain astrology. It's this approach that can ultimately "prove" astrology. I hope that in the future some astrologers are interested in microastrology and continue the research because in astrology there is a lot to explore.
