by kerenhappuch Hi, Call me daft, but how did you ask the question at 1:47pm if you posted the request on here at 1:09pm?! Looking at the chart for today at 1:47pm I get 24 Libra rising and the Moon at 22 Pisces. Is this the right chart? I'd say that for this chart we're looking to bring together Lord 1 (you) and Lord 10 (passing the test). I don't see a clear aspect to show this. I'd also point out that Saturn in detriment is in the 10th house, which as lord of delays and hindrances indicates you will not pass this time around. There is a ray of hope in that the Moon is not VOC and Spica rises, a most fortunate fixed star. From the chart I'd say that you will do well but will not pass this time. But don't worry, if it's your first time remember only 20% pass first time, and only 48% of takers pass each day. The instructors have quotas - they're only allowed to pass so many people each day. It took my friend seven goes but he managed it. Don't give up Let us know how it goes and good luck! Keren Quote Sat Jul 15, 2006 7:00 pm
by kerenhappuch Eek, have just read the other thread about an academic exam where the 9th house seems to be the one to use. Does that apply here? If so then it looks like you'll pass as the Moon applies to trine Lord 9 - an easy pass! Who knows?! Que sera, sera and all that! Wishing you luck! Quote Sat Jul 15, 2006 7:05 pm
by Sue Call me daft, but how did you ask the question at 1:47pm if you posted the request on here at 1:09pm?! The time showing on the forum clock is GMT, which means Monti posted the question onto the forum at 2:02BST. I would assume that the question was asked at 1:47BST. Quote Sat Jul 15, 2006 9:48 pm

Granted it's been many years since I had to take driving test, but I don't think the United States has a quota system for getting a driver's license! Or does it? Maybe I'm out of touch. 6 by montpellier Thanks for your replies, Sue is right, I asked the question at 1.47bst Karen, You have the correct chart! You mentioned the 9th house for an academic test. This test is about my driving ability as oppose to my knowlege, would that be a 3rd house matter? Monti x Quote Sun Jul 16, 2006 2:58 pm
by kerenhappuch Archergirl - don't worry! I'm writing from the UK - we have an over-zealous testing system here! Thanks for confirming the chart Monti. The 3rd is rudimentary stuff like reading and writing, as we can see by the fact that primary school belongs here, while the 9th is higher skills (university level). So I'd put driving in the 9th as it's a special skill - it's certainly not a rudimentary skill! I'm still thinking we should use the 10th though, which is the house of "profit from knowledge" and success... the 9th shows your skill, while the 10th shows the test... although the 9th is said to rule examinations of said knowledge. Maybe someone from the other thread might like to jump in? _________________________________________ Tarot and Traditional Astrology by Keren-Happuch www.keren-happuch.co.uk Quote Sun Jul 16, 2006 6:15 pm
