All Traditional Planets Peregrine

1
Hi,

I have been studying essential dignity, and I realized that all 7 traditional planets in my chart are peregrine, that is, no planet is in domicile, exalted, in its own triplicity, term or face. Hence, my chart would be one bereft of essential dignity. There is only a mutual reception between the Moon in Gemini and Mercury in Cancer, but since there is no aspect here, at least traditionally, there is no dignity, if I understand it correctly.

I think this is an interesting topic, as at least mathematically, as some back of the envelope math tells me that this would occur somewhere around (very back of the envelope) less than 2% of the time. If a peregrine planet is at the disposition of its depositor, who is also peregrine, then the wheels spin, but there are no gears moving, so to speak.

How would one describe a chart like this, or, a chart with say, with very little essential dignity? Undignified comes to mind, but maybe something a bit more descriptive. I attached my chart, to make sure I am not missing anything.

Looking forward to your comments.

I would only caution not to use essential dignity as a shorthand for 'good' or 'fortunate'. If you have the moon in Cancer applying to a square with Saturn in Aries, it is going to be more problematic for whatever it signifies than the moon in, say, Gemini applying to a trine with Jupiter.

Essential dignity is just a measure of how a planet will tend to function qualitatively: ignoring other chart factors to make the point, Mars in Capricorn will function more beneficially for its own significations (not necessarily for the native) than Mars in Cancer. If Mars in Capricorn signifies the native's wealth, then it can mean an accumulation at the expense of others (working for its significations, but still as a malefic), whereas Mars in Cancer as significator of wealth will harm the accumulation of wealth, turning its malefic nature onto what it signifies. This can be bonified or alleviated by aspects from benefics and further hindered or destroyed by malefics. Then you have to consider things like sect, visibility, solar phase, and position above/below the horizon.

Personally, I don't really consider peregrination as a status I would analyse, so maybe someone else could help you there. I just think there is a lot of qualitative data outside of essential dignity that a planet not being in one of its dignities is always going to be modulated by anyway. There is also the issue that the dignities themselves suggest different things - a planet being in its bounds is not the same as being in its triplicity, but that is a whole other kettle of fish.
