I cast a chart for some money that my sister claims was missing from her purse. She was here from out of town and one nite left her purse in the kitchen overnite. Some neighbors had stopped by, and some friends of my daughter had been over, although no one in either group was alone in the kitchen at any time(supposedly). Problem is my sister , my neighbors, and my daughter's friends all are the 3rd house(11thfrom 5th). How can I rephrase the question, this is me not her asking , so that I don't run into that problem??

I do not see problem here yet. If you ask "Where is sister's money" than you have to look for ruler of radical 4house (turned 2nd from radical 3) and if you find ruler of 4H in 3 house , than you have problem. Otherwise not. Did you cast the chart already?

As a beginer I like to ask yes-no type questions but if I use the same chart it looks like someone took it My sister is signified by Jupiter, her money by Saturn (fits..it was in a small leather purse). Saturn in on the cusp of the 11th withmercury combustthe sun and fortuna in the 10th as well. Saturn is separating from a square to jupiter and applying to a square from the moon. So someone took it....but who?

Actually with the moon in the 8th and cancer on the 10th does that signify the theif? Is the moon co significator for me or my sister? be cause I didn't take it! But my sister is kind of judgemental and she right away accused my neighbors a lesbian couple. And she may have misplaced it or forgot she spent it.

Actually, Sa is on cusp of her 9house (radical 11) and consider as in 9H. That usually means that item is far away, or on high shelves in room, near heat such as a stove, furnace, fireplace or chimney (Sa in Leo, fire sign). There are several signs of recovery (Moon will trine 4house cusp, her turned 2 house, Moon will sextile POF...) so I hope she will find it. DIRECTION: South by East (11 radical house)

POF is in her 8 house so money are totally out of sight. Check any place where there is plumbing; bathroom, kitchen, near water of any kind(POF in Can). DIRECTION: South(10th radical house)

I am not following this. When you say that everyone is in the 3rd house, I don't see how you arrived at this. You mentioned the 11th from the 5th, presumably your daughter's friends. But they appear to be in the radical 10th or the turned 8th. The 10th would only become the 3rd if the 9th house becomes the 1st. I don't see how this follows. Your sister and your neighbours belong in the radical 3rd. In your sister's turned chart, the neighbours would be the 7th house (neighbours of the sister). I would keep it simple and turn the chart as little as possible. You are the 1st, your sister is the 3rd, the 4th is her money. This is the radical chart. Then I would look at the turned chart, placing your sister on the 1st. You get the Moon since you asked the question and are the querent.
So, you are Venus and the Moon, your sister is Jupiter. the money is Saturn. At this stage, before delineating the chart, you cannot assume to put a thief there because you don't know that the money was stolen. Was your question about whether the money was stolen or who stole it? Look at the indicators of the chart first to see if the money is still around and if it is recoverable. It may have been misplaced. If there are indicators that the money will not be recovered then it is possible that it may have been stolen.

If you find the ruler of the 4th (the sister's 2nd) in the 3rd (the sister's 1st) then the sister has the money. Where's the problem?

I am starting with myself as querent. My sister 3rd house. Her money 2nd from 3rd or radical 4th. Now MY neighbors, not my sisters neigyhbors, she lives 1500 miles from me and so do her neighbors ,but this was MY house, so MY neighbors are the radical 3rd. Then MY daughter, radical 5th, are you following??????? , her friends 11th from radical 5th gives you 3rd.

Well I guess one shouldn't ask about lost stuff that isn't ones' own.and you can avoid all that turning....but I think the thing that makes the most sense is if Jupiter is my sister and Saturn is her money , the last aspect Jupiter makes is a square to Saturn meaning forgetfulness..and I think she either didn't get as much from the cash station as she thought or she spent it on something and forgot.Because I doubt that the other people here would do that....my purse was laying around also..nothing missing and costume jewelry that looks like it could be real not touched also.

I don't think there is anything wrong with doing charts like this but I guess there needs to be a limit to turning the chart. Otherwise it can be quite confusing. I agree that your sister should be Jupiter and her money Saturn. I would probably read it essentially as a turned chart in that the houses all start from the perspective of your sister. E.g. the radical 3rd becomes the first, etc. so that Jupiter is in your sister's 12th house and Saturn is in her 9th house. So even your daughter would be represented by Mercury on the radical 9th (not that there is necessarily any reason for her to be there at all). I do wonder about your sister being in her 12th house. Is she keeping something from you? It could be that she has found the money but is too embarrased to tell you. This is just a wild guess and it may mean nothing. The Moon is in an applying opposition to Jupiter. I would still see you as being represented by the Moon since it is still your question. Is it possible that you and your sister will come into conflict over this matter? In a sense, you are both applying by square to Saturn. Most software packages will say at the moment that they are separating. In a sense they are because Saturn is moving faster than Jupiter so it is pulling away from Jupiter. Jupiter will catch up and will overtake Saturn at some time. I wonder if this can symbolise that the money has separated from your sister but that you will find it. Jupiter and Saturn will form their aspect and this could indicate your sister being reunited with it through you. But, then, Jupiter hasn't aspected Saturn at all yet so where is the contact between your sister and the money? The interesting thing is that Venus (you in the original chart) makes a conjunction to Saturn at the same time Jupiter starts applying to Saturn again. This is around 26th-27th August. In real time, the aspect does not perfect until October. I'm not sure what to make of Saturn signifying both the money and you in the turned chart. Is it that your sister blames you?

You know funny you should mention that because in reality it was not a huge amount of money, enough to piss you off , but not enough to wreck your whole personal economy. I asked it first because if one of the visitors took it , I need to know ,but mainly because I do suspect that my sister either lost it or forgot she spent it , but will go on to tell certain other relatives about the experience while trying to cast me, my house and my neighborhood...basically my lifestyle in a negative light because she can be very PA and strange like that and judgemental....I've seen her do this with both of her sons girlfriends that she doesn't approve of , managing to totally alienate one of them (over a bottle of windex) and her son as well( a side effect she probably didn't bargain for).
Now a question...seeing my daughter as Mercury (ruler of theives!!)in the turned chart in the 10th ..with no aspect to Saturn, and with Saturn in the 11th for all intents and purposes , does that clear her?
