I want to point out that your wastepaper basket should be represented by Pluto, right? Or did someone already say that?

Well if we're going to use planetary rulerships (and modern planetary rulerships at that) then I'd have to say yes, Pluto rules over waste. Traditionally Saturn would fill that role very well, but in this chart it was the placement of the Part of Fortune - which has a strong link to possessions and wealth - in the 8th that pointed to the waste basket. Nothing else came close.
