2 by Ouranos Thank you Satya7 for this well documented overview of May planets. I am surprised by the VE/JU conjunction that did not bring more joyful celebrations and cheerfulness as we could expect from these 2 planets. Was it because they were in the Bound of Saturn? April 30th EDT we also witnessed a crescent Moon which might have been the youngest-ever young-Moon sighting. Not many people have ever seen a crescent Moon less than 30 hours old. Not sure if this has any meaning astrologically. Best to you, Ouranos Blessings! Quote Thu May 05, 2022 11:37 am
3 by satya7 Your observations on the youngest ever Crescent Moon is spot on! See here: https://mobile.twitter.com/DeborahHould ... 1140596736 "According to Cyril Fagan's 'Zodiacs Old & New' this was the original phenomenon that set the exaltation degrees of the Sun (19 Aries) & Moon (3 Tau) - when the Moon first reappeared after the spring equinox in 786 BC, as the Babylonians honoured Nabu (Mercury) with a new temple." Interesting Satya, thanks for the info. We can rely on Deborah to dig into treasures from the past. Every month the Moon reappears (heliacally rising) in relationship to the Sun. It is in any given sign, in a different constellation, conjunct some Fixed Star, last aspecting a planet before rising and next aspecting another planet after rising. Another factor is when the Sun is rising, it becomes a day chart in which the Moon becomes Out of Sect. I am wondering what kind of impact it has on the conduct of human affairs. Just throwing a bottle in the universe! I enjoy reading your monthly observations! Blessings! Quote Thu May 05, 2022 5:20 pm
5 by satya7 Thanks Ouranos! The first crescent Moon is first spotted in the western sky. It is as if the Moon is born in the west and it grows bigger and spotted higher up in the sky as the Sun sets. We could say, the Moon is born in the west, sets in the west and dies in the east, the place of the rising Sun.
