Mars -0.1 magnitude in Taurus constellation is now three times as bright as similarly colored Aldebaran, magnitude +0.9, a little way below it.

Aldebaran is one of the four key stars in the heavens, also called Archangel stars and 'Watcher of the East'.
To Ptolemy, Aldebaran was a Mars-type star, and indeed the red giant can be mistaken for that red planet at times, so it is no surprise that it has been much associated with war and military careers.
Aldebaran is also in opposition to Antares (of Mars-Jupiter nature).

The Ukraine War started with the Moon conjunct Antares.

Currently, the sextile of JupiterR in Aries to Mars/Aldebaran and trining Antares is telling us that any help from both sides is delayed in the war and under scrutiny. Jupiter turns Direct Nov 24th 2022.
If anything, the Sun square Mars this weekend can lead to ego conflicts. Mars slow and Oriental to the Sun means it is above the horizon and setting after the Sun is down, portending a double-take to the fiery Mars and the need to evaluate the rival more carefully before making a move in the battle.
Even more so when Mars turns Retrograde Oct 31st. (Fight, freeze or flight)

Hi Ouranus I found this interesting,I have a Mars return at 4 degrees 35 minutes of Gemini on my MC maybe a little out of orb of Aldebaran although I feel it connects in my life story (a lot of battles between good & evil)
