what is interesting about the chart and it is in sidereal is that it is close to what would be the aries ingress using sidereal and the nodal axis is very closely conjunct the saturn-pluto conjunction which could be said to help describe the madness that was coming in 2020..

Aldebaran is located in the nakshatra Rohini at 16 Tau 01 sidereal (Krishnamurti) opposite Antares in Scorpio at 16 degrees. Notre Dame in Paris is a primary symbol of the Roman Catholic Church throughout the world. I've always felt that the Notre Dame fire was a direct repercussion of the sexual abuse by Catholic clergy coming to light and happening in so many countries. The fire destroyed the roof and spire of the cathedral which can symbolize the abuse/crimes happening at the place of authority (priesthood) in the Catholic church. Rohini itself has distinct sexual connotations as it embodies the myth of Brahma becoming attached to his daughter Rohini (celestial incest).

how would you interpret the fact it is mars in this particular location that is highlighting this area of the zodiac and stars? it is interesting your viewpoint.. it seems based on the same concept of karma that was discussed some on the nodal thread just a week or so ago... it is hard to prove, one way or the other... things happen and we can wonder why they happen, but happen they do, either way... i was hoping zosma would offer their perspective on all this and hopefully they will soon enough..

i suppose the simple conclusion would be that the transit of mars thru rohini which highlights the opposition of stars aldebaran and antares would imply more war and conflict as opposed to less... i imagine the concept of a fire is also martial in nature too, so the symbolism for mars can be used a few different ways here..

i was thinking of the yellow vests movement and how the government of france with a lot of police force and brutality, were able to essentially suppress this movement... i was able to pull up a start date for this movement - nov 17th 2018, but not sure what astro conclusions i can draw from a day chart for this date..

I've said it before.
There should be ONE rule in NATO: All countries are part of NATO or whatever name you want to call it. If you don't, you can't trade with NATO countries.
And if one country break the rules of liberty, equality, fraternity then they should be summoned in front of all other countries to respond of their deeds.

I haven't worked enough with mundane astrology to make any predictions. With on-going transits my attitude is "Let's wait and see." There are so many variables to consider, so many ways planetary energies can manifest. I leave the mundane field to specialists.

thanks... i am of the same mindset.... making predictions is a bit of a fools game.. maybe nostradamus could do it, but we need edgar cayce to give us the interpretations of it all too... going further out in left field might appear to be my specialty, but it isn't!!!

Speaking of prediction, Nostradamus and left field, for anyone interested in this topic I'm reminded of a trilogy of books I read some years ago by Dolores Cannon. She was a regression therapist who claimed to have established a link with Nostradamus himself through her clients. This set of books contains quatrains in French, the English translations, and their interpretation according to Nostradamus. Like I said, 'left field' territory. Worth checking out for those interested in Nostradamus. 350+ pages in each book. Lots of politics and world affairs.
