I know you like the blog below. You frequently provide links to it. I have up to now ignored this tendency.

However, I now feel the need to raise this with you. You may well disagree but it appears to me the slant of the blog has an anti-Ukrainian pro Russian outlook. It presents The Ukraine as the effective aggressor in the war. America or NATO is seen as more to blame than the Putin regime. Your entitled to you alternative viewpoint. However, this war is a traumatic and emotive issue. This kind of blog is both controversial and potentially antagonistic to other members who dont share your political outlook.

I concede your link does have some useful historical data. You welcome to copy any of that if it has direct relevance to the astrology being discussed.

However, from now on I only want to see links to factual news pieces not opinion pieces or politically loaded analysis or data. I will be doing an update on the forum about this for all members. This doesn't just apply to you but all members here.

i believe historical context is very important...the western MSM is giving very little, if any, of this POV... the link provides an overview of the actions on the date of donetsk and dugansk independence, acknowledged by russia in a legal and binding manner and includes many relevant links to the chart i am providing for this event...

many of the ideas contained in the moa ink, including the documents from the OCSE (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe) the UN charter, the UN link to Kosovo independence article, and the UN security council meeting link, are very relevant to the independence chart for donetsk and lugansk... without an overview of the history taking place on that particular day when it happened (approx. 1 year ago), it is much harder to appreciate the symbolism contained in the chart and moment on this date feb 21, 2022.. also, I posted this yesterday on the anniversary of all this...

to me, the MOA link which includes many informative links, including the one i shared from the kremlin are relevant here; it would be a shame if you removed it as it will be impossible to put this event into the proper context; as I find myself repeating here... i realize it runs counter to many popular western MSM narratives that are being broadcast on a regular and frequent basis...

in the future i will do my best to provide a counterpoint as well to what many perceive as ‘alternative viewpoints...’

i would like to believe people are mature enough to appreciate an overview on this history without feeling threatened by it.... i also know it is easy to ignore, if a person isn't interested, — they have that personal choice.. the bottom line, the link and the many links included in that moon of alabama link are of great value for a greater historical understanding of the event chart itself…

wiithout this additional support of an outside MSM viewpoint, it is harder to appreciate... if you are removing it — that's your call, but not one that i'm supportive of for all the reasons I state here...

The problem today is that everything in the news is presented in black and white.
And I am not saying that your opinion is better or worst James.
For example, in the trial Depp/Heard, masculinists created the hashtag #justiceforJohnnyDepp, which quickly trended on Twitter. And when the algorithm detects a trend, it pushes it towards users who do not necessarily follow this story, and who received it without neutrality, to say the least. There would have been 6000 bots to boost the pro-Depp campaign.
Which in turn is the opposite of freedom of expression and a threat hanging over our democracies.
What Mark is saying, is that we should slow down on our echo chambers.
Let the chart speak.
We, astrologers have been practicing echo chambers for a long time which is giving a proof... after the fact.
We are limited in our understanding of the world, more so in the new reality of social medias.

here is a biwheel with russia flag chart on the inside and the donetsk and lugansk independence chart on the outside..



one will note how the planets for the independence chart all fall in the western hemisphere of the russian flag chart, indicating a strong dependence on the support from russia... this is amplified by the transit of saturn -ruler of r flag 7th house, and basically shows a saturn return of sorts reflected in the saturn position in the d and l chart.. here is a list of the close connections... there may be more and some i have missed... all data in sidereal zodiac - krishnmurti ayanamsa..

moon rising in both charts.. same sun-moon phase in both charts.. moon in solar 9th..
mostly lower hemisphere emphasis in both charts
ascendant in d and l chart is conjunct the i.c. of russia flag chart - a very fitting connection as i see it.
