Will I win in court? 1 by Ouranos On Sept 6th, I asked this question 'Will I win in court?' Story: While I was sleeping in the middle of the night, exactly when the Moon last made a conjunction to Uranus, I got a parking ticket in the street supposedly for being too close to the street corner. When I noticed the ticket the following morning, the Moon was last over Uranus and next sextile to NeptuneR. I considered this ticket to be unfair and mean as my neighbors and I have been parking there and I never heard in the past 20 years that someone got a ticket for being parked at the same place. I would like to go to court to challenge this ticket. Me: I am Moon Gemini in the 11th (car on my mind) squaring Saturn in Pisces in the 9th (someone representing the authority and the law working behind the scene). The part of lawsuits at 3 Sag 05 is forming a T-Square between us. The Moon is also besieged last square to Saturn and next applying to Mars in Libra (Detriment) so I am unsure if I will fight for justice. Police officer: He is Saturn R L7 in Pisces in the 9th squaring the Moon. No other major aspects. Mutable and Cadent, it looks like this police officer was more like an errand looking to bring some cash to the city. PlutoR in the 7th reinforce the money issue. The Judge: The 10th House in Pisces with NeptuneR and ruled by JupiterR in Taurus in the 11th. As per Andrew Bevan 'quotes' https://www.astronor.com/dignities.htm The Moon in the Face but Detriment of Jupiter. 'Dignity by face indicates the right to be present, to show face and display, but the freedom of speech, exercise of will and scope of performance is limited. Personal opinion is of minor importance since there is a need to submit to order and abide the rules.' 'Detriment means the person has to stay on guard and is restricted by the customs of the host, (the judge)'. The ASC in the Exaltation of Jupiter 'Exaltation is assertive, aggressive, competitive and conquering. May be both noisy and naughty. Pushing myself to the front.' In the Term of Jupiter 'Gives capacity for negotiation, the right to voice an opinion, being on a mission'. It looks good by reception but the aspects are telling a different story. The Moon will square the MC (the Judge) and last square NeptuneR in the 10th. ------------- The police officer - Saturn Saturn is ruled by Jupiter and as such he is under the umbrella of the Judge able to use the strength and resources of the Judge. But this Saturn is Retrograde and Jupiter R will turn D before it reaches the sextile to Saturn. ------------ So do you think I have any chance if I bring this case to court? Re: Will I win in court? 2 by AmeliaS Hello Ouranos, Sorry for the ticket! The way I see it, Mars is prohibiting a connection between you (Moon) and your money (Venus in the 2nd). My intuition is that Mars is the police officer. Usually, I like trines for the Moon's next aspect. But this Mars is in detriment (Libra). I guess you are right, the ticket was a bit of a moody impulse on the police officer's end. Also your Venus has just received Mars by domicile, perhaps unfortunate in this case. Re: Will I win in court? 3 by Ouranos Thank you Amelia! Yes as you point out Mars received by Venus, I would call it an 'unwelcomed guest'. Nice angle! But if we focus on the judge - Please rise. Do you think I have any chance if I bring this case to the court? I am starting to become an expert with court cases and procedures but I would rather spend my time focusing on something else. Short story: Many years ago, I was the only witness to an assault by an employee to a manager. I had pressure from both the boss and the union to plead in their favor. In my mind, I was neutral. Simply reporting what I had seen. And at one point, the agressive defense lawyer (employee) asked me: 'Mr Witness, are you under the impression that...' and he cut me off immediately when I tried to answer. Saying 'We will let Mr. Judge decide.' Later, he came up with a similar question. I replied 'I will let Mr. Judge decide.' The audience started laughing and the Judge addressed the lawyer saying 'You brought this on yourself'. Blessings! Quote Tue Sep 19, 2023 6:02 pm
Re: Will I win in court? 4 by AmeliaS I wish I could see a more definitive answer Ouranos. I really am quite puzzled by the trine... between the Moon and a fallen Mars, stopping you from your money. I lean more towards negative. Your story brought a smile to my face! Quote Fri Sep 22, 2023 5:41 am
Re: Will I win in court? 5 by MarinaFFF The answer is YES. Yes you will win in court. Your “enemy” Saturn although he is in his own sign he is debilitated because he’s retrograde and has no power to act. Your Moon is stronger stronger. That’s a good start. I’ll skip the judge part, we don’t need it in this case, we can go straight to the verdict. It’s the most important thing, ‘cause it will tell us if we will win or loose. The verdict is a 4th house matter “the end of things” here is also our grave, it’s the end of our journey. Our messenger Mercury is our Lord 4, there are no aspects between the verdict and you or the enemy. So I guess this case never made it to court. But nevertheless the verdict was in your favor, because this is a night chart and the ruler of triplicity of the verdict is the Moon…you. With other words you had power over the outcome, so the verdict is in your favor. Astrology is not a prediction, it’s a alignment of our planets showing perfectly the given situation. Re: Will I win in court? 6 by Ouranos Thank you Marina for your feedback, I read yesterday in the news that there are so many cases like mine overloading the court that they may create a mediation service. May take up to a year to get a resolution. Will see. Cheers, Ouranos Blessings! Quote Sat Nov 11, 2023 1:17 am
Re: Will I win in court? 7 by Ouranos I feel I owe my horary colleagues an update on a ticket I received in September 2023. It was clear I was in the smog with the MO peregrine on the cusp of the 12th, mutable, cadent and separating by square to SA L7 and applying to MA in the Exaltation of SA. (besieged) SA L7 is ruled by JU (the Judge) while my ruler MO is in detriment of JU. I never felt confident about this case. Timing JU ruling the judge was R when I asked the question. 1 month later, it squared VE in the 2nd House But being R it was most likely tranfered to a judge. I did not hear about it. 6 months later, JU (judge) squared VE in 2 again this time Direct 186 days later (SU cj MC) The Sun L2 and VE in Leo reached the MC (judge) in opposition to the SU cj ME on the cusp of the 4th (end-of-the matter) (Court ruling = Guilty!) So the SU was the timer in this case and meant days. Lesson learned! Blessings! Attachments Horary Ticket $175.png Viewed 1861 times 128.68 KiB Quote Thu Mar 07, 2024 5:31 pm
Re: Will I win in court? 8 by Georgius Thank you for the update! @MarinaFFF: Saturn was not in his own sign at the time of the horary but in Pisces in his own face. Quote Sun Mar 10, 2024 10:59 am
