first - there is a chart for the netherlands 1591, but it seems the boundaries have changed a lot since then.. there is also a chart for the coronation of king william 1 who landed at scheveningen on 20th novemeber 1813 and was crowned on 2 december 1813.. many dutch astrologers use a chart for the coronation.. also dutch astrologers use a chart for 1030am the hague.. this is the chart shown below.. my notes are from nic campions book of world horoscopes 4th edition.. i have not worked with this chart, so i can't vouch for its merits.. it is in sidereal zodiac..



aside from the presently transiting sun-mars in close conjunction to the above charts uranus position and transiting nodal axis squaring onto the natal venus position in this chart - i don't see much else... below is a biwheel with the transits for yesterday on the outside and national chart on the inside.



the dutch general election took place yesterday.. the results seem to have favoured geert wilders who is in the news quite a bit today.. he is a polarizing figure much like javier milei who was elected just the other day in argentina.. it seems when people are unhappy they vote for very right wing political groups or ideologies.. how else does one explain this phenom? also again the mars-saturn square which is exact this friday happens to land right at the uranus in the coronation chart i have shown at the top.. see the 2nd wikipedia page below to get some idea of just how polarizing this guy is... immediately below the 2 wikipedia pages is a chart for wilders set to noon in the absence of an actual birth time for him..

geerts chart - i want to jokingly refer to him as the hurdy geerty man, which is a play on a donavan song - but i am getting sidetracked.. the first thing that strikes me is the close venus-sun-pluto conjunction in sidereal leo.. it seems there is a powerful person here with very polarized values given the close venus-pluto conjunction to sun.. pluto is the planet rising before the sun which is a vocational indicator and from my own point of view it becomes a powerful influence over the whole chart.. you can read up on some of his political and ideological values in the wiki page above to form a bit of a viewpoint.. regardless, one wonders who the powerful players or forces are behind this persons coming to power..

next is the question of how close the position of moon is to his natal jupiter.. remember i am using a noon time, but the moon can be anywhere from 12- 14 degrees movement in 1 day, so technically it could be anywhere from approx 18 pisces to 2 aries, although on this chart it appears at 25 pisces 44, right next to jupiter at 24 pisces 58.. this would make it possible for it to be in a very close opposition to natal mars... if you combine this with the mars in a 45 degree aspect to his natal pluto at 18 leo, it makes sense the following observation.. he has apparently had police protection for a long length of time.. it could also be that the moon is in a 135 to natal uranus at 12 leo if he is born closer to the noon time... i suspect a day birth for him, but that only shortens it down to approx 12 hours of possibilities in terms of his time of birth..

and there is also uranus that is fairly close to this trilogy of planets - venus/sun/pluto as well.. clearly a very churning chart given the outer planet connections to his sun/venus planets if you take it all into consideration as i am prone to do here..

as it happens mercury is very close to the midpoint of sun-mars which is also very telling as i see it.. this is someone who is not afraid to shoot their mouth off and antagonize people.. i get that from mercury at the sun/mars midpoint.. the other clear indication in his chart is jupiter squared onto the nodal axis.. this might also include moon... this seems to me to speak of the tension of the persons ideological and political views as represented by jupiter in square to the nodal axis which would have something to do with his ability to maintain an inner harmony or tranquility.. the nodal axis connects directly to the moon and the moon is how we make ourselves feel comfortable... having the moon in square or hard aspect to planets is one thing, but having it in square to the nodal axis is more challenging as i see it.. again, it would be good to know his actual birth time..

those are the most immediate thoughts i have on the day chart for geert wilders..

i think the dynamic is growing in this direction , not just in the netherlands, but across europe.. it's a european phenomenon.... we see dissatisfaction with the decisions being made in a number of these countries... le pen in france - if the vote was to happen today - she would be elected.. there is great unhappiness with the political establishment in germany as well and significant changes have happened on recent months there as well... i read an article in the daily mail yesterday that might shed some light on why people voted for geert wilders and why in general this is a larger phenom then just being isolated in the netherlands.

i think the challenges facing these countries in europe is people are generally unhappy with the direction the mainstream politicians are taking and adopting a more radical viewpoint in answer to it all.. perhaps this is outer planet influencing more generally - pluto, uranus, neptune and perhaps leaders with these outer planets prominently take on the role of change makers for the populace.. this is clearly the case with geert wilders astro chart, but not so much with le pen in france.. perhaps some will want to explain this based on plutos movement into the tropical sign aquarius, or uranus transit into the sidereal sign of taurus... there are a number of possibilities astrologically speaking, and no astro explanation that is very clear as i see it, but i do believe a trend is developing across europe, so perhaps a study of a chart of europe and the whole concept of the european union is one worth exploring more... something more radical is developing as i see it..

this is getting away from the astrology, but it seems to me a comment on the issue of immigration is warranted.. i tend to view all this as a class war between the very rich and the rest of us... people move because they are seeking a better way of life, or they are avoiding wars, the threat of wars and hardship.. in europe there has been a lot of migration as a result of recent wars -yugoslavia, georgia, libya, iraq, syria and now ukraine.. perhaps people are not happy with the results of the wars that their politicians push onto them? and that says nothing about how the people in those countries , subject to foreign interference feel about it either... the book looks interesting.. does it say anything about how war has created much of this? i kind of doubt it based on reading their backgrounds.. thanks..

I do hope to share more perspectives on astrology in the future, as this is an "astrology forum."

My current proficiency in astrology is not yet mature, so I only share analyses and perspectives that I feel confident about.（It may never be sufficient.）:-D

Sometimes I also share some immature thoughts. My intention is that perhaps someone can help correct me or provide inspiration. (Yet, based on my experience learning astrology, it is a discipline founded on personal experience, and one must diligently study and experience it on their own; others cannot help open the door for you.)

I believe our goal is to be able to predict the future. Relying solely on astrology techniques is not sufficient for future predictions. In my experience, the first step is to apply common sense and gain an understanding of the events themselves, intuition is also important (a natural gift), and finally, astrology techniques (an area where we can strive and learn).（In addition to astrology, there are many other prediction methods, including scientific and statistical approaches, among others.）

I am delighted to have people discuss astrology with me because I want to expand my horizons. I also have some "interesting" (:-P) observations and thoughts that I would like to share with others.
