donald tusk is set to become the new leader of poland, thanks a series of dynamics that has happened in the past 2 months and culminated yesterday in the polish parliament.. he will be sworn in tomorrow apparently..

here is the sidereal chart for 2 minutes past midnight.. sun and venus in conjunction are close to the ic point that lands in the 5th house of the chart..



the ruler of the ascendant lands on the last degree of leo in the 9th whole sign house... pluto is earlier in the sign in makes a nice trine to the ascendant, implying someone who holds or seeks greater political power... jupiter is in a fairly close square to mars, so confidence and bravado are not in short supply.. hard to know what he is capable as the new pm of poland... if you think of europe as one big chess board with poland one of the pieces on the board, although poland is a useful piece, it is subject to all of the politics currently on display in the european union with them all suffering and benefiting from certain dynamics beyond the individual countries control...

saturn is retrograde, in the 12th and it is a nocturnal chart too.. all of this is pending the validity of the chart of course.. it is essentially a splash chart, so lots to pull from in many different directions... an interesting pattern is the uranus in the 8th at the top of a t square involving the sun/venus opposite neptune across the 5/11 whole sign house axis.. in fact, as i see it is a grand square which includes the moon too, in the 2nd!! so, no t square, but a grand square instead.. the most obvious out of the square is the sun to pluto trine - again we are back to pluto in the 9th house of international affairs, politics, philosophy, religion and etc. etc.. it makes sense he is drawn to politics in this regard...

mercury is closely tied with the south node and nodal axis more generally.. south node.. this in turn is closely trine jupiter in the 9th whs that i was mentioning earlier... he has 2 children and is married... i was reading brian clarks book the past few days.. he also has mercury/ketu conjunction.. it seems the conjunction is capable of some very good insights, as i have a friend who has this combo as well.. and i have another friend who is married to a women with this combo.. it's an interesting combo - mercury/ketu! there seems to be some intuition and subtly to it!

well, you know the saying... when the going gets tough, the tough get going, lol.. i guess that will define donald tusk with his grand square having a grand ole time!

there are a number of charts for poland.. i will see if i can come up with something in the next day or two and perhaps we can find a time for tusk being sworn into office tomorrow.. i think tusks being given the mantle yesterday is born out with the transits jupiter-venus opposition in close vicinity with his midheaven axis... here is a biwheel of transits yesterday 12 noon to this tentative 2 minutes after midnight chart that adb gives for him..

i have a good polish friend here in canada and i asked them if they could find the time when donald tusk was sworn into office yesterday on the 13th....

the first observation i make is the eastern hemisphere emphasis with basically all planets rising in the east, with the possible exception of venus which has just begun to set.. i think of eastern hemisphere charts as strongly individualist and wanting to go it alone, but clearly that can't work here as tusk has formed a coalition of sorts where he has been given the role of leadership in a different way.. one of the main symbols for leadership is the sun and it is situated here in the 12th house.. its in a nice trine to uranus on the ic which indicates a certain amount of freedom and independence towards reaching the goals and ambitions of his leadership, but locked in the 12th it is a mixed bag... sun rules the 9th.. mars rises ahead of the sun and has the same sort of impulsive drive in some of the charts i've been looking at in javeir milei the argentina leader who also was recently sworn into office.. mars rules the 12th and 5th...

poland as i was saying earlier, is an important piece of the european and larger geopolitical sphere which revolves around the european union and nato.. they border ukraine and have been caught in some of the challenges connected to this conflict.. the farming sector and the trucking sector have been at odds with the cheap goods flooding into poland and this has created some hardship which is still not resolved.. this might be seen better in a chart for poland, but using this as a substitute - moon square onto neptune in the 4th sign, and saturn in the 3rd might capture some of it... 3rd house might imply close neighbours and the 4th - agricultural topics... the moon is the general public and its mood..

its a new moon chart so the part of fortune is in the first, showing the promise of new beginnings.. apparently the previous party in power, held power for a good length of time, so this would be perceived as a new beginning of sorts, although tusk has been in power for a long time in various ways... mercury rising is the ruler of the 7th and 10th whole sign houses.. perhaps this is the indicator for a coalition gov't with mercury rising and ruler of the 7th.. mercury forms a nice trine to jupiter in the 5th wsh..

now we'll look at the biwheel with tusks 2 minutes after midnight chart on the inside and this event on the outside.. it may help confirm this C rated time for tusk given the close proximity of both moon and jupiter on the angles for this event here..



as you can see, the popularity symbol - moon - is on the horizon at the time of tusk being sworn in, while jupiter the greater benefic is on the i.c. of the chart implying great happiness among the polish people for a change in direction of some sort.. it is complicated by 2 astro factors - t mars on his natal 12th house saturn and t pluto on his natal 2nd house moon which rules the 8th house of both charts... one always wonders what the political power wields and what types of behind the scene deals have had to be reached in order to gain the reign of power... this might come out at a later date, but in the world today, political power definitely works this way, in spite of the love of preaching democracy and etc. etc.. finances play a big role in the halls of political power.. the one caveat is again it is a C rated chart for tusk, so perhaps the moon is much further away and not caught up in the grand square in his chart i mentioned at the beginning..

t uranus is in a conjunction with tusks mercury-ketu conjunction in the 5th wsh... this again speaks to the coalition gov't dynamic as mercury in both charts rules the 7th.. perhaps in relation to its rulership of the 10th, something unique will come of his leadership role here..

i still have to find some time to consider a national chart for poland.. to be continued...............
