yesterday there was an election in serbia... the leader aleksandar vucic gained strong support for continuing his leadership in serbia.. astrodatabank has a C rating as the original source for the 1pm time is not known.. isaac starkman quotes from another astrological forum submission, but doesn't provide any rectification to this time... so, we can say the time is most likely rounded off.. just how off the time is, would be hard to know..

with all that in mind, below is a chart for vucic in sidereal for 1pm, march 5, 1970 belgrade, serbia..



if the chart is valid, there 4 planets in the angles - moon - ruler of the ascendant in the 7th, and mars/saturn, rulers of the 5,7, 8 and 10 - whole sign houses in the 10th whole sign house and jupiter, ruler of the 6/9 houses..

vicic had been in the news a few months ago - maybe longer.. i recall seeing him fairly frequently over some border skirmish issues.. not sure if that was transiting rahu in the vicinity of his mars, or what... here rahu in late pisces is transiting his 9th house.. in his chart there is a sun/rahu conjunction pointing to his leadership success... trump has this sun/rahu combo too... essentially sun as symbol for leadership is given some material strength with rahu.. it would seem to apply to these 2 leaders anyway..

at present the 2 most interesting transits to his chart are jupiter conjunct saturn in the 10th wsh and pluto in the area of the descendant squared onto his 10th house mars.. i could see how jupiter t on saturn would be viewed as helpful for his political ambitions... not sure about the pluto square mars though.. it is a dangerous aspect generally and seeing it in the election win gives me pause for how things unfold for serbia moving forward.. it would be great to get a time of him being sworn in as leader... perhaps i need to consider some chart for serbia as well here.. the biwheel with transits to yesterday 8pm belgrade are shown below... transits are on the outside wheel.. there are other important transits to this chart as well.. perhaps others would like to comment..
