Will I get a compensation correction? 1 by ashwsh Hi, Apologies in advance if I read this chart all incorrectly. I have been out of sync and am trying to get back. After a very busy 2023, I have decided to re-learn horary and lenormand. Coming to the issue, I had a chaotic 2023 but did well professionally. However my company did not and dissolve my team and I was moved to another team (still in transition; effective Feb 01, 2024) however when I accepted the role in my earlier team as a team lead, I did not negotiate much in terms of Salary. I was given a little hike and planned to ask my boss (now former) for compensation correction before my team came into effect. However with new roles being in transition, I brought up the ask for salary correction with my new boss, and he said he would keep it in mind and try to do something. I asked Horary if he would do compensation correction in the next couple of months. I am Mercury in the 4th house of Capricorn. I am thinking about home, increasing inflation and how I will run this house and family with an increase in the cost of living. 2nd house ruler Mars is exalted in the 5th. I desire to have an increase in income. Me/Moon is in the 9th house of Taurus, exalted again. The ruler of the 11th (income from the profession) is also the moon, so things may move in a positive direction. Moon does trine Mars in one unit, so it could be good..correct? Being in the 9th house, would it talk about things still being in hand with my old boss? given that this will be a 2023 performance review. On another note: I chose to ask this question, when moon was in good dignity? does that sway the outcome? Please help and advise. Re: Will I get a compensation correction? 2 by Ouranos Hello ashwsh, My attention was drawn by the Moon in your chart. Co-ruler and ruling the 11th of compensation from work. The MO (Exaltation) last conjunct JU (benefic) and next applying to MA (Exaltation). conjunct MercuryL1. What I am unsure of is - Does it mean that you go from a benefic to a malefic as MA is Exalted. I would say that yes you will get a compensation but with MA, something will be 'cut off' or 'sliced' in the process opening up a subject for discussion or dispute in the process. Your ruler ME applies to MA in Exaltation boosting up the feeling of appreciation and value (5th House) in the organization. It is important for you to be treated fairly and appreciated in your current position. Best to you and please let us know how your compensation goes, Ouranos Blessings! Quote Sat Jan 20, 2024 2:26 am
Re: Will I get a compensation correction? 3 by ashwsh Thanks, Ouranos for the feedback! Appreciate it. My fear is two things in this: 1. Compensation correction needs to be a separate exercise. My new boss may want to cover it with annual increments; if he does mix 2 agendas, the increase may not happen to the extent I want, so I may have to settle for less. 2. Another is grade changes, the company just let go of a few people and may look at downgrading the grades of a few. I hope when you say something being "cut off", I do not want to let go of that. That will be very disheartening and disappointing. I will keep you how this goes..I will know about point 2 sooner than point 1. Regards Ashwsh Regards Quote Mon Jan 22, 2024 1:50 am

Re: Will I get a compensation correction? 6 by Georgius The resources (and money) of the company are good (Moon, ruler of the 11th in conjunction to Jupiter) but somehow overestimated (Moon in exaltation). The conjunction is separating: Maybe money came from some other people (Jupiter ruler of 8th – other peoples money). Jupiter is peregrin: Not that much money. There is Saturn angular in the 7th sextile Moon and sextile Mercury: restriction and conditions concerning the companies money and indirectly also concerning you. Notice Saturn is in detriment and fall of Mercury: This Saturn really does not like you but it disposes you (Mercury in a sign of Saturn). Venus might be your boss (another employee of the company turned 6th of 10th, radical 3rd). She (or he) is disposited by Jupiter (the money of that other people). Looks not that good to me. Wouldn't choosing the time of the question come under electional astrology. Also I am living and breathing this question in my mind every moment. Regards Quote Tue Jan 23, 2024 6:50 pm
Re: Will I get a compensation correction? 8 by Ouranos I chose to ask this question when the moon was in good dignity. does that sway the outcome? To me that is not cheating but if you decide to do so then you should tumble the question in your mind as if you would put your clothes at spin in the dryer. That is, asking the question in many different ways until you have this..... ah! ah! moment. THIS IS the question I want to ask. Blessings! Quote Tue Jan 23, 2024 8:26 pm
Re: Will I get a compensation correction? 9 by Georgius I agree with your description, Ouranus. What I ment was that waiting with the erection of the horary chart until the Moon is in a preferable position sounds like cheating to me.
