The full moon (27° Aquarius) on August 19th activates the MC/IC axis and Mars in the 2024 Aries Ingress chart (set for Washington, D.C.). This Full Moon perfects on the same day that the DNC begins its presidential nominating convention in Chicago (additionally - it lands near Trump's ASC/DESC)—just some food for thought.

The Vernal Point is tied to world events, the public life.
It does not apply to one candidate but it informs us of the general trend happening that day in the world.
