After researching online, I found that Italy's customs threshold is EUR 150. The total cost of the dress and shipping is 93 euros, which should not exceed the taxable amount.

As the Chinese New Year approaches (February 8th marks the start of the Lunar New Year holiday), I'm hoping to receive the goods before February 8th. Otherwise, I could wait until after the Chinese New Year holiday to arrange for the shipment, and I'm concerned about potential delays due to increased shipping volumes during the holiday period.
