Valerii Zaluzhnyi


born 8 July 1973, is a Ukrainian four-star general who served as the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from 27 July 2021 until 8 February 2024. He was also concurrently a member of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

On 8 February 2024, Zaluzhnyi was replaced as Commander-in-Chief by Oleksandr Syrskyi, previously the commander of the Ukrainian Ground Forces. Following his replacement, he was awarded a Hero of Ukraine title by Zelenskyy.

that is what i was coming to conclude, but don't have any specific astro to back it up.. i see zelensky exiting at some point as pluto continues to approach his sun.. i commented on some of the astro to zelensky in early november on another thread..
