Dr. Vladimir Zelenko was an American family physician and also an activist for medical rights who touched the lives of millions of people. He was born in Kyiv. At the age of three, his family moved to the United States and settled in Brooklyn, New York City. He received his medical degree from the State University of New York in Buffalo in 2000. He was an Orthodox Jew. (1) His "Zelenko Protocol" saved Millions and earned him a Nobel price nomination and the admiration of a U.S. President among other prominent world leaders. (2)

are you using a noon time to work with solar returns and the 16th harmonic? what is the basis for the noon time? thanks

Whenever I do not know the actual time of birth of a person, I am forced to use noon as the birth time for the natal chart as an approximation. The solar return chart is then as you know calculated on the basis of the natal chart for the year in question.

Since I do not use neither the Meridian nor the Ascendant in Microastrology (at least when using harmonics > 64) this approximation poses not really a problem. And since the event-related planetary picture, which is the focus of these particular case studies, consists of planets which are rather slow moving there also should not created a problem by chosing noon as time of birth.

But of course there is one problem in my posting with regard to the Moon. In my remarks about the natal chart, it was rather bold to assume that the moon is also in symmetry with MA/SA = NE/PL = SU. This assumption is of course speculative, not to say incorrect, since we know that the moon moves by about 13 degrees in 24 hours. It seems that I have fallen prey to my own suggestive expectation that in the case of Dr. Zelenko in the natal chart, the moon is part of the infamous planetary picture along with the sun.
