Re: Ruling on Shamima Begum's UK Citizenship 13 by Leena Yep, we were and still are good ; ) I am so with you on wanting to throw my devices out of the window. I just had to google 'lmao' because I stay so far away from social media that I didn't know what it stands for. Gotta catch up with the techie side of Pluto in Aquarius... Re: Ruling on Shamima Begum's UK Citizenship 14 by Deb Hi Leena - great to see you here! Thanks for sharing that link - its a great post. There doesn't seem to be much will among those at the top towards Shamina - I have a lot of sympathy for her personally as someone who made mistakes when she was very young and has already paid a high price, but she certainly stirs up controversy (as befits that Pluto on MC!) With regard to the issue of cazimi, in my experience, we can't go straight to 'wondrous strong' under any situation - even if it is bang on tight by latitude and longitude. I still see it as more of a power-laden pivot point than an easily observed manifestation of strength, so there could be something of that going on here. In any case, I don't think it shows her as being in a strong position. With regard to the necessity of alignment by latitude as well as longitude for cazimi, one of the reasons I don't require that myself is because (according to aspect theory) all rays converge on the centre of the Earth anyway which negates the need for them to be exactly aligned by latitude as well as longitude. With Venus, if we don't have fairly close alignment by latitude then its possible that its light is not fully eclipsed though - I like to factor that in, but I don't think the principles of combustion are ever fully negated. Definitely agree with you on all of this, Deb. Off topic from the original posting, but still relevant RE: Mercury/Saturn's 'cazimi,' I think, are the gravely important Israel-Hamas cease-fire negotiations that have been making headlines the past few days. Re: Ruling on Shamima Begum's UK Citizenship 16 by Leena Thanks Deb for your warm welcome. I've only just, somewhat belatedly read your post. I'm grateful that you've taken the time to outline your nuanced take on cazimi. As I said earlier, I'm so glad I've finally got round to joining this forum. Even if I went with the strict latitude and longitude alignment definition of cazimi, I agree that the effects of combustion are still felt. This crops up again in the post I've just written and circulated following the expiry of yesterday's deadline for Shamima Begum's lawyers to decide whether or not to appeal the Court of Appeal's decision in the UK Supreme Court. The news is silent on the legal team's next steps; they are signified by still combust Saturn. https://leenachauhan.com/blog/update-on ... ome-office I share your sympathy for Begum's predicament. My first post was the 'naked' astrology of the chart. This time I've added some commentary. Quote Sat Mar 02, 2024 10:17 pm
