Hello everyone. Hope you all are doing well. So I have this question I need your views on. What house would you consider for a question relating to a celebrity? 10th or the 7th? There was an exchange of messages between this celeb and the person asking the horary. The person wants to know if there is any possibility that they would get talking again and may be develop some sort of friendship or bond? I would take the 10th house lord as the significator for celebrities in general questions but given the personal aspect of the question , perhaps the 7th is a better choice here? Please correct me if you think I'm wrong. Thanks :-)

This person is asking about a potential relationship with this person = 7th House
As far as I know, the quality of the person (being a celebrity) does not confer him authority over her.
If she was asking Will my boss or my mother? that would be a 10th House question.

Thank you Ouranos for your reply. I was considering the 10th because 10th is related to fame and public figures. She was curious if there can be a potential friendship or some kind of platonic bond. Not a romantic relationship. So would you still appoint the 7th to him?

I thought it's interesting that this horary came up during the current Sun conjunct Neptune transit.

Can I ask you how was the question formulated?
The 7th is any type of question related to a person you are inquiring about.
Notice that if you say my boss, my mother, my partner, this person has a status in your life.
My celebrity? Not sure you would formulate it this way.
Good point with the Sun/Neptune in late Pisces to dream about an uncertain direction. Good if you are watching The Bachelor!

Hi again. Yes what you are saying about how the question was formulated makes sense. I also tend to pay attention to that. The exact question was - Will I have some kind of platonic relationship or friendship with X (actor name)?
