I was taken by surprise yesterday on how true my gut was regarding my salary issue. My company disclosed the salary bands for each grade and it seems I’m at the bottom of the band, not even close to the mid-point of the salary band. And I do know that my organization is going through a tough time right now and don’t want to hear about salary corrections right now, but at some point, I would want to talk about it and get it addressed.
I did a post of it last month, but that timeline was of 3-4months is too short. I feel if I bring this issue up right now for my boss to implement in June, it won’t go well with him and I will just loose out on more than gain anything. I'm new to the team, but also worried on my expenses and increasing cost of living, but I need to be smart about this increase. In this chart have expanded the timeline to end of the year.
I’m Mars, peregrine in the 4th house. in Pisces in the triplicity of Jupiter. Jupiter on the other hand is in the 6th house/Taurus will apply Trine to Moon in 5units. 11th house leader Venus is also in the 5th house/Pisces and exalted.
However Jupiter is in the cadent house, so the improvement maybe slow (if it happens), but with me/Mars/Moon being Peregrine, it may not be that much.
I really don't know how to read this chart better.

I would go back to the first chart
Check the FM of May 23rd (SU in your 10th/Moon in your 4th) of your first chart.

The time frame is always a factor to be considered but Yes or No is from the chart itself.
As for the FM of May 23rd it brings matters of the axis 10/4 to the foreground. And a FM in itself is a like reaching a maximum development point.

There is a good chance that something will happen.
If you look up in the ephemeris, Mercury (L1 and L10) in your previous chart will come in conjunction with Jupiter and the Moon just prior to May 23rd.
I would approach him from the time that Mercury conjunct Jupiter (6Tau)and moving to the Moon (9Tau and co-ruler). Try to put the conjunctions Angular.
See if you can time something when the AS will be in the axis Virgo/Pisces or Gemini/Sagittarius (Mercury-Jupiter).

While I'm trying to set the timing to speak to my boss, I'm not sure if I'm getting it right.
The one that I get with Virgo Asc and Jupiter in 10th (not sure if it is correct) shows Moon and Mercury in opposition.
Both moon and Jupiter are in late degrees and will change signs soon. Moon infact will enter Scorpio :-(
Is their an website that can help with this? I tried Astro seek too, but chart is placidus and very different from in planetary placements vs Astro.com

Try to focus on 3 things
1) Soft aspect between AS (you) and the MC (your boss).
2) Moon strong and in good aspect
3) Angularity of significators.

The background idea from your 1st chart was Mercury in Taurus reaching Jupiter and the Moon and the FM in your 4th/10th axis.
From my previous post, I mentioned the sign rulers of Mercury and Jupiter but it does not seem to fit the purpose here.
If you can draw a diurnal of your own chart, that could also be helpful to choose a date.

Thank you again! Unfortunately I'm not getting much headway here with the chart. I'm so bad at it.
The only relatively better option where Asc is not compromised and Moon is good/Strong, and fairly decent impact to MC is the one I have attached.
Mercury is though in the Aries ;-( and if I try to move Jupiter, Moon to angular house, with Leo ascendant and Sun in Taurus doesn't give a suitable view

Try May 7th end of morning
ASC middle Leo (SU) - MC Tau (VE)
The Moon in Taurus Angular last over VE and moving to SU.
Sun, Moon and Venus Antiscia ASC

A perfect match is hard to find but try to get the most out of it.
If I have to focus on 1 point - The Moon.
