Biden's natal Jupiter Rx. is at 25:08 Cancer (conjunct FS Procyon) in the 8th. The solar arc directed Moon will be at 24:17 Cancer on so called "election day" and at 24:30 Cancer on the so called "inauguration day". The orbs are too wide for activation. For a solar arc direction to be active it needs a very tight orb of a few minutes of arc, so this SA direction will be only relevant around summer 2025, not earlier.

Yeah I think the orb is usually given as ''under one degree'' so that by the Inauguration and even just a few weeks before Election day we are within that range and in any respect just how reliable is Biden's birth data itself as the time he gave '8.30 am' sounds rounded off as they say.

It's a feather in his cap but not enough to show an outright win so I will look at more charts in due time - we are heading for a chaotic Summer so ANYTHING could happen so not clever to start prognosticating at this early stage - no need to rush!

If you look hard enough you will always find negatives but I feel the fact that it - Jupiter - is the ruler of his chart and that Sag is MC in his progressed chart seems more than enough to swing it the other way.

Decided to take a closer look at Biden's chart similar to what I did with Trump's. Assuming he is on the ballot, I still can't see him winning. The distribution is being managed by Venus (Pisces terms) who took over from Saturn on April 24, 2024 when the Asc moved into 0 PIsces. She is sharing by square with herself (square falls at 28 AQ and came into effect on May 21, 2023, getting a hand-off from a square of the Sun). The destructive South Node occupies the sames bounds as the square. SR Venus is in Libra (acting with full authority) and transiting the radix 10th (career); in the radix she is in detriment in the 12th (enemies) and rules the 11th (indicating friends that become enemies) and the 6th (injury). OA directed Uranus at 28 CP, sextile radix Venus indicates an upset affecting his career is at hand; with directed Uranus conjunct SR Pluto the upset is very likely a change that he is compelled to make possibly by employees (6th) and supporters (11th).

He is 81 years old (turns 82 after the election which is set for November 5, 2024) so in a Profected 10th year. The profection is in Virgo with Mercury acting as Lord of the Year being burnt in P3 and dispositing Saturn who is retrograde and elevated in P10 (career) with retrograde Uranus (upsets) conjunct P10 implying a sudden 'fall' is possible; one that Biden is unlikely to see coming as Mercury is inconjunct both Saturn and Uranus, his focus is on himself (profected Mercury sextile the profected 1st and SR Mercury transiting the radix 1st).

The SR Asc is in Leo with the Sun conjunct Mars in the 4th with Mercury (LoY) in opposition to the 10th of career which is in Taurus, ruled by Venus, the distributor for the period, so emphasis for the period is squarely on his status and career. SR Saturn (0° PI) is transiting the distribution bounds while in the SR 7th (opponents) and ruling the SR 6th (injury) being square radix Saturn in the radix 7th. He is angular in all three charts being in the radix 7th, profected 10th, and SR 7th. Uranus, who is active by direction, is affecting the distribution ruler, and is in the SR 10th and conjunct the profected 10th while transiting the radix 6th (injury).

Given the state of Venus (distributor) and Mercury (LoY) and the 10th house in the three charts just can't see Biden coming up with a win. As usual, time will tell.

Further, we have SR Saturn and the Sun reinforcing the indications and also active by direction in connection with the 1st and 10th houses.

Interestingly, the 2nd of finances is active so it's possible the decision was made primarily due to financial considerations (donations have fallen drastically since the debate) and maiora Venus is conjunct the radix lot of Military Affairs so concerns over the Ukraine and Israeli wars may also have played a role.

While he is supporting Kamala Harris, given her chart, it looks doubtful she will win the nomination let alone the Presidency. As usual, time will tell.

Well, it looks like the GOP won the house as well so I got that part wrong. I thought the Moon with the South Node in the 10th in the profected chart indicated weak support for GOP in general, at the time thought that wishful thinking, I think it was the Moon as co-ruler of the 11th that led me to lean that way but in hindsight it appears to indicate a weak House and Senate, one that will be completely under Trump’s control!
