These occurrences seem to hint at the possibility of ceasefire and peace negotiations emerging, albeit faintly.

As an astrological observation, it's challenging to discern which party, Russia or Ukraine, represents the 1st house and which the 7th.

It appears that as long as there are favorable aspects between the 1st and 7th houses, it signifies the potential for peace negotiations. Conversely, unfavorable aspects suggest otherwise.

I've observed the Ascendant about to change signs, with the ruling planets of the 1st and 7th houses shifting from Saturn-Moon to Saturn-Sun.

The lack of aspect between the Moon and Saturn suggests a lack of connection between the parties. However, the Sun forming a sextile aspect with Saturn indicates potential goodwill communication.

The lack of mutual reception between the Sun and Saturn is understandable. It's improbable for Russia and Ukraine to reconcile in the short term, but at least there seems to be some form of contact between them, with potential goodwill.

Determining the timing of negotiations is not straightforward. The Sun and Saturn are 1 degree and 24 minutes apart. If we consider the unit of time as months, it might be around 1 month and 12 days, possibly before the 2024 Summer Olympics?

You did not ask the question 2 minutes later and so I do not know if it is ok to delineate that after some important change (ASC going to Leo – “wanting to conquer and keep hold of it”) there will be a connection…

If my hypothesis is correct, the ceasefire of the Russo-Ukrainian War may occur around March 2025, when Neptune exits Pisces.

With Pluto rising, there could be a connection to finance/resources. Hades rules underground resources (natural gas/oil).
