Re: How would you prove astrology?

Yesterday I received the same smiley via WhatsApp from a colleague who responded to a comment I made that he didn't know how to understand. He finally asked whether I meant the adonai, he calls him Sir, whereupon I wrote that I call him boss and he likes that, he is a little vain anyway and he doesn't like the fact that I often don't follow his instructions.

Jakob, You haven't shared your proofs with us, but you have made me wonder: does astrology have to be proven true?

Isn't it enough to have an interest or belief in it because you've seen evidence of its power in your life?
If someone proves it true, what happens then? Are they the Master of The Universe? Is everything in our lives arranged according to the heavenly state's plan then, as per this Master of The Universe?

Many heinous things have been done in the name of people taking their beliefs for literal truth. I'm not sure I even want someone to "prove" astrology.

Dear Jason, I started this topic with a question or questions. This is a discussion offer. Because I can't tell people to be interested in the same topics as me. A passion for it is necessary. Findings don't happen as if you were sitting in the living room eating potato chips, drinking canned beer and listening to the gentleman on TV giving his sermon and then evaluating them afterwards. The path to truth always involves work. Do you understand what I'm trying to say? Jakob

There is a saying in German, you shall not cast your pearls before swine. I have four planets in Aquarius. This is the clown that I have definitely been in my life.

In the astrological forums with German language it is a bit like here. If someone deviates greatly from the intellectual mainstream, then you want to have their system described and the why. Why do you interpret it that way? But there is no causality.

I remember several situations in German-language forums where people ended up attacking me personally because they didn't understand my thoughts and thought they just were trolling.

Finally, people once again discussed current sporting events and tried to predict them. Unfortunately, I was the only one who got it right, not the first time.

People wanted to know how I came up with it. But I couldn't explain it to them because, like most people, they looked at astrology from the wrong side and therefore couldn't understand my explanations. This made them even more aggressive towards me than they already were. Because they noticed that their astrological predictions of results had no deviation from chance.

I don't mean to say that I'm always right.

I don't think I'll grow old here.
