1) Not guilty
The 12 jurors would need to unanimously agree to acquit Mr Trump on each of all the 34 charges.
A not guilty verdict would be final as the US Constitution bars “double jeopardy”, meaning someone cannot be prosecuted twice for the same crime.

2) Guilty
The jury would again need to unanimously agree Mr Trump is guilty beyond reasonable doubt of falsifying or causing the falsification of business records “with intent to defraud”.
They must also find he did so with the intent to commit or conceal another crime.
If found guilty, he faces a maximum sentence of four years in prison. A lesser punishment could see him handed probation and a fine.

3) Guilty on some counts, not guilty on others
The jury does not need to find Mr Trump guilty on all 34 counts to convict him.
They could find he is guilty on some counts, such as signing the cheques to Cohen, but not guilty on the ones pertaining to the invoices submitted by Mr Cohen.

4) A hung jury
All 12 jurors must unanimously agree to convict or acquit Mr Trump on any of the charges.
Even if just one juror disagrees with the other 11, they are not able to deliver a verdict.
If jurors cannot reach a conclusion, Mr Merchan can give them a set of instructions called an “Allen” charge before asking them to go back and deliberate further.
If they still cannot decide, the judge would be forced to declare a mistrial.
Prosecutors would then have to decide whether they want to retry Mr Trump.

I have cast Donald Trump's diurnal chart for todayMay 30th with the waning QM, good for the next couple of days.

I will go with the basic rule of looking at the relationship between the 1/7 axis, planets in these houses and rulers.

The QM highlight his 7th/10th axis. (His hush-money trial)
Both Sun and Moon semi-square Mars/Eris in the 9th (legal issues) which in turn square his natal Saturn in detriment and L7. And the Moon applies to transiting SA in his natal 8th. At the same time, MA sextiles his natal SU L1
The MO applying to a planet in the 8th indicates a transformation. Here the opponents as SA rules his natal 7th/diurnal 8th.
The SU is stronger than SA here.
It doesn't look good for his opponents.

Let's look at the rulers of the Sun and Moon of the QM

The SU is ruled by ME right on his natal MC and conjunct Uranus (an upset, a surprise, a reversal) and sextile his natal SA L7. The opponents speak and issue an official statement.
And making a semi-square to his natal ME in his 11th (former friends who tarnish his reputation)

The MO is ruled by JU. And JU is sesqui-quadrate his natal JU in his natal 3rd. There is a cost.
But the bill may end up being paid by someone else (3rd House).

So my verdict is
#3 Guilty on some counts, not guilty on others will be the end result.
or
#2 Guilty but with a probation with a fine.

If my judgment is wrong, I will retire in a monastery and pray for the Lord to give my brain tissues to the vultures.

I'll add to the record, Reuters reports: The jury notified the court they had reached a verdict at 4:20 p.m. (2020 GMT) and read out all 34 guilty counts shortly after 5 p.m.

Ouranos, 4:20PM features SPICA on the ASC. That Reuters article also says: A source familiar with the Trump campaign's inner workings said the verdict was expected to prompt him to intensify deliberations on picking a woman as his vice presidential running mate.

Thinking over the sentence by the jury with the first chart above, the lunation triggered transiting MA in his natal 9th in square to his natal SA.
But my approach looking at it like a 1/7 challenge was wrong.

Let's move on to July 11th, the next step.

Trump's diurnal for July 11th (day of the sentence by the Judge) is interesting.

His diurnal MC has reached his Sun/Vulcanus in opposition to his Moon in the Nodal Axis.
Saturn in Pisces is squaring his diurnal MC and Vulcanus in Leo is semi-square his diurnal MC
And the midpoint Saturn/Vulcanus is exactly conjunct transiting Uranus in square his natal Mars

With the diurnal MC on his natal conjunction NN, Vulcanus and Sun, all eyes are on him that day.
Saturn/Vulcanus is captivity, imprisonment, jail and the loss of power.

One of keyword with Vulcanus is 'to guard' and 'to be on guard' (custody?). My own personal experience with Vulcanus is that it forces you to attend, to be on the call like assisting a sick person, to have duties with relationships in your life. The gamers would say 'call of duty' .
With Trump here it is combined with Saturn, both triggering the diurnal MC (his reputation) to his natal Sun. It's even more forceful, it's an order.
The Rulebook says of

According to this NYT story, the indictment was officially filed at 4:58pm on Thursday, March 30 2023 in Manhattan. Moon is at 29 Cancer -void of course by modern standards, but applying to opposition with Pluto in Aquarius and then trine to Sun in Aries w/in one days motion

But the diurnal of July 11th doesn't look good for Trump with the midpoint Saturn/Vulcanus = Mars Great hindrance in action.
You know, even when Trump goes to sleep, he lies again! There is no way to stop him.

In the previous analysis, I was not clear about the trial process.

Now, looking back at the original indictment chart, it is quite interesting.

In the trial charts, the Moon represents the jury, and usually, it is the jury that decides whether the defendant is guilty.

In this indictment chart, Trump is the defendant, represented by the 7th house. The Moon is in Cancer and translating the light of Jupiter (Lord of 7th house) to the Sun (Lord of 12th house), (How very vivid, the jury has sent Trump to prison) and the Moon will be in the Sun's ruling sign indicating that the jury believes Trump is guilty. (We can ignore Mercury, as Mercury represents the plaintiff and the judge, and of course, the plaintiff hopes Trump will be found guilty).

The specific legal penalties (severity of the sentence) are determined by the 10th house - the judge. Mercury is not strong, being in the 8th house and peregrine. I feel the sentence will not be too severe. (The maximum penalty is four years in prison, but I don't think such a heavy sentence will be handed down).

From another perspective, will this indictment disqualify Trump from running for office (removal from office)? Trump is represented by the Moon, and the Moon's condition is not too bad. Therefore, Trump will still become the Republican presidential nominee (he will not be removed from office/disqualified).
