2024 French legislative election

Background:

On 9 June 2024, shortly after 21:00 CET, Emmanuel Macron dissolved parliament and called for snap parliamentary elections in a national address following exit polls that indicated that the Renaissance party would be significantly eclipsed by the National Rally in votes for France's European Parliament elections. In his address, he called the rise of nationalism by agitators a threat to France, Europe, and France's place in the world. He also decried the far right as the "impoverishment of the French people and the downfall of our country". The first round of elections are scheduled for 30 June, and a second round for 7 July.
I am curious about the results of the French election this time. Suddenly, I connected it to Putin's recent speech. If I remember correctly, Putin said he would not proactively attack Europe, he has no intention of starting a world war, and he is willing to negotiate peace with Ukraine.

Assuming the rise of far-right movements in Europe (Euroscepticism), Europe might once again face a situation of division (changing circumstances). However, the good news is that democratic elections occur every 4-5 years (public opinion and national policies can change at any time).

But choices are still very important. Some decisions, once made, may be irreversible.

Let's see what the French people have chosen.

I have come to understand the logic behind determining the majority in the parliament.

The primary consideration is absolute majority depends on the situation within the Legislative Yuan itself.

From the perspective of the solar Cancer ingress chart:

The Legislative Yuan is the 11th house, which is Jupiter.

Jupiter is in Gemini, indicating that no one can become the absolute majority in the Legislative Yuan.

Mars (representing the ruling party as L10) has no control over Jupiter, and Mars is weak, so the ruling party still cannot control the parliament.

I think Macron’s "hope" might be in vain.

The voter-Moon is in the 11th house, forming a square with Saturn and Neptune in the 2nd house. The voter turnout for this election might not be very high. Indeed, the Paris Olympics are approaching soon. What is Macron so anxious about?

9 June 2024, shortly after 21:00 CET, Paris, France.

Who can confirm the time Macron delivered his speech? Wikipedia states it was at 9 PM, but when I watched the video, the background seemed like daytime, not night. However, I checked the sunset time in Paris (on June 10th, Beijing date), and it’s at 9:53 PM! This is beyond my understanding.

The sunrise of the start of the election in Paris has a Pluto Uranus degree on the ASC and an MC close to Mars Jupiter degree. Accumulation in the 4th quadrant. An ideology-driven urge for liberation leads to an excessive energy where one cannot always be sure that it will not go too far. Neptune 0 aries from 10 in 10 could mean a kind of revolution. Saturn from 7 in 10: The challenger stands high. Marine Le Pen will win. Karl Brandler-Pracht, a famous austrian astrologer of the 19. century said zu this IC: "The origin is unknown."

Hi Jakob,

I think the outcome of this election is as follows: no party has secured an absolute majority (more than half of the seats).

The astrological reasoning lies in the 11th house ruler - Jupiter, in Gemini, a dual sign, representing a state of balance of sorts. ( Cancer ingress chart)

The opposition is represented by the 4th house, with Uranus in the 4th house signifying division within the opposition. With Jupiter not in a dignified sign of Venus, it suggests that the opposition cannot control the parliament.

Mercury, the dispositor of Jupiter, moves away from Venus and closer to Mars (Mercury sextile Mars).

Given Mercury is in Cancer (where Mars falls) and Mars is in Venus's territory (rulership of Venus), the opposition holds significant restraining power over the ruling party's administration, once again confirming the likelihood of no party securing an absolute majority.

Macron's dissolution of the parliament in the hope of the ruling party securing more than half of the seats might not materialize, judging from this astrological chart.

However, I don't anticipate the ruling party having a tough time securing majority seats either, as Mercury is applying a sextile aspect to Mars, and Mercury is in the triplicity of Mars (coalition parties). I'm still observing.

There are aspects of my logic that warrant observation and modification. For instance, in the recent elections in the Republic of China (Taiwan), in the Legislative Yuan election, similarly, no party secured a majority of seats. The largest opposition party (Kuomintang) still faced constraints from the ruling party (Kuomintang's seats outnumbering those of the ruling party, Democratic Progressive Party). (If you're interested, you can look into the 2024 Republic of China Legislative Yuan reform controversy); I've also asked a horary question on this issue.

I am the querent, and my question is: Can the various congressional reform bills proposed by the Kuomintang and the Taiwan People's Party pass?

I see the Uranus Ingress as the currently authoritative horoscope for the change of time, here for France (Paris). Sagittarius ASC with Jupiter in 4, Moon at DESC. Lord of 10 in 2 and of 2 in 10. Self-esteem is at the top of the list. The focus is on the national term. Jupiter in conjunction with the sun of German reunification.

Taiwan is too far away for my consciousness, but your interpretation of the EU is very good. Thanks.

There is far more than meets the eyes on this snap election.

Add to, chart below the hybrid eclipse at 3 gem58 on may 24, 1789. Lunar was at may 9th 19 sco10.

Bastille Day has amazing synchronicity. What is being shaped to form?

Liberty, equality, Fraternity.

We are not yet there, but by next election, i am sure this is what is going to be obvious and not only in FR.

I get frustrated by the timeout parameter the admins seem to have set. It takes me a while to type and by the time i have finished i am timed out and have to log back in to finish posting. Half the time the post is lost entirely.

I am not sure i would want my posts copied and pasted elsewhere. You can of course make up your own version in your own words.

Hi Calli,

I occasionally encounter 404 errors. I usually write what I want to say using Word or other document processing software first, and preview my post before publishing to ensure the formatting is correct. If what I wrote suddenly disappears, I might not want to rewrite/ publish it anymore.

I edited my previous post ,sorry.

Will Jordan Bardella become the Prime Minister in the upcoming French parliamentary elections (this July)?

Will Jordan Bardella become the Prime Minister in the upcoming French parliamentary elections (this July)?

It is a horary chart.

I am the one asking the question, and it does not concern me personally; I am merely curious after reading the news.

From the chart, the 1st house and Mercury represent Jordan Bardella. Mercury is applying trine to the ruler of the 10th house, Saturn, which seems promising. However, Mercury is in the detriment position of Saturn, and Saturn is in the detriment position of Mercury. I think this is a good case to observe the outcome of mutual negative reception.
