apparently the well known australian astrologer ed tamplin - who passed away in 2019- had a chart he used for the petrodollar - june 8, 1974...

i did find an archived nyt article saying the following -

"Secretary of State Kissinger and Prince Fand Ibn Abdel Aziz, Second Deputy Premier of Saudi Arabia and a half???brother of King Faisal, signed the six???page agreement at Blair House across the street from the White House this morning."

with that in mind, i have made a rough chart for 11am, washington, dc june 8, 1974 - sidereal zodiac shown below..



what we know is that the petrodollar idea has been undergoing some serious challenges and revisions of late, perhaps best captured in the iran-ksa agreement reached recently thru the efforts of china.. this appears to have caught the usa by surprise... the chart -if the time is close - has been experiencing the transit of pluto to the natal mars-moon opposition..

I checked my mundane charts and the only petrodollar chart in my database had a short appellation in the notes, "from Ed Tamplin.'
Chart: June 8th, 1974, 9 am, Washington DC. Asc: 06Ca13 KP ayanamsa. Moon:04Cp06
I can't remember the actual circumstances how I got this chart; I probably picked it up while following or meaning to follow some astro-conversation so can't really speak about its veracity.
Maybe someone else can chime in and verify the time with the chart they have.

the chart - whatever it is - has had a lot of staying power, but seems subject to challenges at present.. unipolar - to multipolar world takes time... the 12th house ruler in this chart seems especially strong.. it rules over saturn - also in the 12th and ruler of the 7/8 houses... saturn in turn rules over the moon in 7th... and there is a similar set up with the 1/10 rulers -mars/moon -in forming a raja yoga... perhaps this explains some of the staying power of the petrodollar which was implimented after the usa went off the gold standard - all dovetailing with the usa's increasing deficit to finance the vietnam war..

it appears the transiting moon-pluto opposition lands close to the ascendant of this chart.... transiting pluto is 136 degrees from the natal sun in this chart as well.. the transit of saturn is 1 degree away from being exactly square the nodal axis of the us$ petrodollar chart too... maybe there are some other astrological connections...

there is a lot of speculation about what this means and whether it is true or not.. i don't know, but coincidentally ksa ( saudi arabia ) has decided to not attend the G7 meeting as well... meanwhile some other significant developments are emerging with regard to the ongoing illegal sanctions the usa ( and its good buddy uk) are leveraging on russia and china in the form of financial sanctions... it seems money and who gets to control it are continuing to take a ''divergent'' path here.. it seems the concept of 'colonialism' is still ongoing, but in the form of finances... some of it is crumbling and some of it remains standing..
