i am sure you know this, but all of the points you make will also show up in the 1500 chart... because there is so little difference between the 1500 and 1511 chart - what must be singled out are any contacts with the angles which is the major difference between the 2 charts... either that, or i am missing something in your work here! cheers james

I had some discussion on another platform where they think he is too
dull to have Jupiter rising LOL. Questioning the chart. Saying "No way Jupiter rising!"

But he is a lawyer with Jupiter planet of knowledge rising. Et.c. so
I think it fits.
Saturn is closely opposing mercury and sextile ascendant so maybe he is not
the clown of the party I think, when it comes to communication.
So that Jupiter may not play out in that realm. But more so in his life path perhaps

I haven't dealt with Olaf Scholz astrologically so far, but I am not sure about the 3 p.m. birth time. He is a classic moderating boss. In this respect, ASC libra could be a good fit, but then rather beginning of libra because he moved from Osnabrück to Hamburg before school.
