Something peculiar is happening with the last FM in Capricorn.
The Moon has reached its maximum declination South with a Latitude South... and is ruling the Sun. Adding that when looking at a FM, depending where you are on Earth, the one above the Horizon is usually the one who prevails.
Symbolically, when the Moon is in a South Latitude, human beings need to spread their spiritual nature into worldly matters. Something new needs to take form but we don't know what's next yet.

The rulers of the FM are the Moon (ruling the Sun) and Saturn (ruling the Moon)
As Rhudyar pointed out, this refers to the psychic content (Moon) and the container (Saturn) and the function BEING. We must adopt a form that will reflect who we truly are. Yet the point of least resistance is to look back at old ways or habits and try to incorporate them into our new vessel. But we need to let go of the past. One of the problem with this lunation is that Saturn (the container) is at standstill about to turn retrograde (moving away from the natural forces of life).

Rudolf Steiner said that statues, pictures, paintings of the Hellenistic period are not human.
What he meant by that is that if you were to place a human being next to a statue of this period, nobody would look like that. They are a representation of our etheric body not of our physical body. The closest representation I have seen in a human form is Brigitte Bardot (French actress) when she was young. The structure and quality of her body was very close to being etheric.
So, the Moon ruling the Sun in this FM and being ruled by Saturn at standstill is telling us 'Not this form or vessel, not this time around', maybe the next one when a new form will emerge.
A good example in the news showing up this FM is Celine Dion who released her documentary 'I am Celine'. She has a Nodal return on her Saturn in Aries in the 10th House. She has the stiffed-person syndrome and she said 'I am not a song (NN-Saturn in the 10th), I am a mother (SN in the 4th)'. She recognizes the wealth of her 4th House as a point of least resistance, yet she wants to keep moving her vesssel in her career (NN in the 10th).

Greta Garbo (NN in 7, SN in ASC)
With a SN in the 1st, she was not conscious of herself when projected in her relationships. But by meeting the world with her NN in the 7th, that's what brought her fame and recognition. At the end of her life, retired and hiding, someone met her and said 'Are you Greta Garbo?'. To which she replied 'I was' (SN in the 1st). She was no longer living in the 7th House.

We have a debate in a couple of days between Biden and Trump and the lunation is telling us that none of these candidates are presenting us with a new vessel. The ship is stalled (Saturn).

On June 25, 2024, at 17:30, the moon will cross the declination of -20 degrees. By June 27, at 19:45, the moon will reach its perigee. At 21:41, the moon will move to the Line of Ramparts (Capricorn, Aquarius and Pisces), aligning with Saturn.
