Re: Libra ingress of 2024 brings echoes of Fall 1991

Interesting article Wade,
Libra Ingress 2024

At 23° Cancer, the Libra ingress midheaven falls within minutes of the US foundation chart's Mercury, which is both retrograde and in the 8th house. This radical connection seems, to me, to capture the essence of the period. This reinforces repeat indications of delays and hesitations, obstacles and obfuscations, shown by the positions of Mercury, the luminaries, Jupiter, and Mars.
...
In October – Mars transits the degree opposing the midheaven of Judge Clarence Thomas's confirmation chart; the full Moon at 24° Aries features Jupiter retrograde upon the cusp of the 9th house which falls on the Israeli ascendant/descendant axis and in exact square to Thomas's confirmation Moon at 24° Capricorn; and, Mars in late Cancer will oppose Clarence Thomas's confirmation Moon
Pollux at 23 Cancer
Pollux is of the nature of Mars. It gives a subtle, crafty, spirited, brave, audacious, cruel and rash nature. Sometimes called Hercules, and symbolically named A Heartless Judge as per Vivian Robson.
It has been connected with sexual misconduct in many cases
Jeffrey Dahmer, Judge Clarence Thomas (MC), Henry VIII, Bill Cosby (Sun), Roman Polanski (Moon), O.J. Simpson, Monica Lewinsky (Mercury), Nicole Brown Simpson (Mars), John Wayne Bobbitt (Jupiter), Donald Trump, Marquis de Sade (Saturn), Roman Polanski (Pluto), Hugh Hefner, Britney Spears, Johnny Depp (North Node)

Wade,

Thank you for the excellent analysis.

I have only finished reading the first part of the analysis for the 2024 Libra ingress chart. (This is not an article that can be read in just 35 minutes.😂)

I am curious why you did not mention the tight square aspect between Venus and Pluto. Pluto is quite prominent in the Libra ingress chart.

I am observing the influence of Pluto in this presidential election.

Hi Wei,

Yes, there is a Venus/Pluto square. I hadn't intended to overlook it, but my focus was elsewhere – there are quite a few features in these charts that I had to set aside to be able to close the article, which was certainly long enough as it was. :) But there can be no doubt that that is a very powerful aspect, both by angularity and exactness of the square. It certainly takes some of the luster off of Venus rising in an ingress!
