On the aspect of children, @Ouranos, she is the primary bread earner in the family so resting down for the kids, doesnt seem like an option here.
Having said that, I remember couple of days ago, she did mention that perhaps she would like to have more kids. currently only has one. But very unlikely she would take a longer break, given somebody has to pay the bills :-)

Since it is a house of loss, there is difficulty regardless of Moon being in domicile. One possible way to use the energies for gain would be something like working for the government in foreign land, working at a hospital, etc. She has strong Mercury signification so might want to look at writing, technology, etc. Maybe a work from home job.

I find it hard to interpret horaries where the querent is retro, particularly where Mars is peregrine in the 10th (Lilly says "the artist will hardly get credit"). They have not decided what to do and even if they are unhappy, they could just as easily decide to stay in a bad situation regardless of what opportunities they may find by actively seeking change. In this case, I doubt a good opportunity will present itself without effort and discernment. Whenever Mars is involved, rash decisions can occur that are not the smartest move in the moment. There is an emphasis on dual bodied signs here so she likely will have a choice between two things to be made. When the time arises, I would do a stay or go horary to see if the new road is better. Just because one is unhappy in a current position does not mean the first alternative is better. She needs to be smart in her thought process and maybe even choose between the better of two options, until she gets where she wants to go.

She is not combust but under the beams. The Sun may also suggest her fear of uncharted waters by being in the 12th and her dispositor. She's in a fixed sign, so she may be a habitual person who has trouble making change happen. Mercury is going through a new cycle here by stationing to turn direct. This is sometimes compared to a midlife crisis point (or some sort of crisis).
