this passage is taken from Life Clock - The Huber Method of Timing in the Horoscope by Bruno and Louise Huber:

As long ago as 1940, the so-called "minor aspect configurations" started to become increasingly frequent. In the forties we were still finding the green quincunx aspects of 150°, but oppositions had disappeared. Between 1982 and 1985, especially in the autumn and winter months, the aspects will be so small that the sextile will be the largest of them.

There are a few things I didn't understand:

1. What is meant by green quincunx?
2. In the 1940s, astrologers no longer considered oppositions in horoscopes?
3. I did not totally understand the last sentence: Between 1982 and 1985, especially in the autumn and winter months, the aspects will be so small that the sextile will be the largest of them.

Could someone please help me understand better?

"According to Huber system, nice blue aspects form between signs of the same or similar element, and, in red, between signs of conflicting elements. Aspects that jump between those two are green. Aspects have orbs (a bit tighter than usual) but the planets that make up aspects are pretty much interchangeable."

According to astro.com the school's teaching of Bruno Huber is largely based on the ideas of Robert Assagioli, the founder of Psycho-synthesis, and on Alice Bailey's theosophy.
