On Sept 13th Keir Starmer and Antony Blinken had talks with President Joe Biden featuring "wide-ranging" discussions on Ukraine, the Middle East and the Indo-Pacific. However despite Blinken & Starmers previously 'unwavering support for' leader Zelensky given the day before in contrast Biden gave no indication if the US would allow Ukraine to use long-range weapons inside Russia or not.

Now looking at the charts I suspect the answer is more inclined to ''not'' despite the typically contrasting patterns in the night sky right now. Whilst Mars is debilitated in grouchy Cancer and square the nodal axis on the other side of the equation Mercury's opposition to Saturn suggests a taciturn approach. I predict that the latter cautious/timid? approach will win out. Sun is about to oppose Neptune which suggests less bull headedness and more circumspection perhaps leading to a fudge. Whatever I don't get the impression that Zelensky is about to be given an outright positive answer to his plea's for long range armaments. Here's why..

I occasionally use Lunation Composites and have found them to be very useful in the brief period of my experimentation. Here is an example using a composite chart of Zelensky with the Lunar Eclipse chart and as can be seen it seems on the whole to be a somewhat disappointed chart, a chart warning of despondency although how long this lasts requires future research. The problem here of course is the Moon's conjunction to Saturn (in the house of goals and aims) and opposite Pluto which only adds more deeply to the pain. Venus trine to MC will add to his popularity on the presumption that the '2 pm' birth time is correct but other than that one can only wish future lunations are easier to bear.

Anyway under the presumption of success - which is never completely 100% and sometimes much less - one optimistically encourages others to experiment further whatever the results may be....good or bad.
