Hey all...this is my first post because in my situation, its hard for me to see the answers in this horary pursuit. I'm asking about my dog's health, and I'm really hoping her situation does not lead to surgical needs as Mars is approaching it's rx phase and man....the last time i had a pet with injuries, Mars rx made healing impossible for him. He visited specialists daily to drain his wounds for the whole rx period and then healed quickly after it passed. My dog, a sweet little terrier, has generic symptoms (lost appetite, increased thirst, peeing non-stop, obviously ill and not herself) and they apply to many possible conditions. My overall worry is that our insurance will cover about 8k...only two visits and two sets of tests in and we are already half way through that marker. She's my kid so i never want to face a scenario where we have to put her down because we can't afford the services she would need to save her. Anyway, I'm trying to decipher this horary and i feel i'm illiterate because of the magnitude of the issue for me. It's hard to be slow an methodical. That said, here's what I am seeing:

Her two signifiers are the Sun (h6 ruler) and Mercury (traditional ruler of dogs). Sun is sitting in H8 in Scorpio...as of now, we have had an ultrasound and all organs are in good shape according to that diagnostic...but her liver shows elevated levels of toxicity. She's been in twice in the last 3 days and liver toxicity levels have doubled rather than gone down...so...not good. Mercury is in h9 in Sag is in detriment...and there is mutual reception between Mercury and Jupiter. I only look at this because of the 4th house association with beginnings and endings and Jupiter RX is present...and then they will aspect by opposition...but maybe i'm including Jupiter extraneously and building a narrative out of fret?

Then of course, if I take old rules, Saturn rx is in the first, and i can't deem the chart readable alone as I am asking a question for myself. Then also, the tight aspects....the sun trine Saturn (but separating)...Venus, ruler of the 8th, being aspected by the moon (conjunction, perfecting)
...that could be my own visible 'obsessing' over her health and the risk of her dying etc. So i thought i would finally join this community and ask for help. The first house Saturn almost demands i ask others on this one. TY all in advance for your thoughts.

There is a lot of mutable signs in this chart (angles, all planets except Sun, Uranus and Pluto). This would suggest that the situation is not stable but changeable. This may suggest that Miso's symptoms will change.

The angular planets are interesting as they are relevant to the question: Saturn is the Ruler of the turned 6th from the 6th and Jupiter is the turned 8th ruler, Venus is the radical 8th ruler and the Moon is always important and here rules the 5th house (of the liver) and turned 12th house.
Looking at Sun in the turned 3rd house, making that close trine to Saturn (the disease); and Mercury ruler of the Turned 2nd having so recently made a trine to Mars (radical 2nd ruler) I wonder if little Miso has eaten something that has caused her problem. Saturn (R6) can be poison.

The Sun, Miso is unfortunately in a fixed sign where she has no dignity except in 10 to 20 degrees where she is in her Decan. Her next aspect in an opposition with Uranus which is not good and then she will trine Neptune and sextile Pluto. This is not looking great.
I wish I could say something more positive and I am not sure if that would be of any help.

Has she been tested for diabetes? Her 6th lord is Saturn retro on the ascendant in Pisces and the Moon applies to Venus, also in a sign of Jupiter. This makes me think of diabetes or other visceral organs like the liver. Maybe enlargment of the liver. Saturn is usually a chronic condition. I realize Mars is microorganisms and she's also in a sign of Mars but I wonder if it is just showing pain and inflammation from something else. I've also recently learned that Saturn lords the immune system and hers might be compromised due to something like diabetes, so infection could be possible though. Hopefully they checked her for it. Did her blood panel look like she had signs of infection? Hopefully after that much money they did thorough blood work. Have they done any imaging of the visceral organs?

I'm very sorry you are going through this. I went through a $25k bill this year for my beloved senior dog, and only $5k was covered by insurance (I also live in CA, where everything is expensive!). The 2nd lord being Mars in the 6th also shows your concern, rightly. I do think it will be more pricey than you would like, but I hope that the Moon applying to Venus on the MC, treatment, shows your dog will survive. Both benefics are on angles and counter the malefic Saturn and receive it, so I hope that means protection. Please keep us updated.

they have ID'd her liver as the likely site of the issue. She definitely had an adverse response to her food when this happened...vomiting. They have not ruled out poison. They found a spot on her liver...they can't tell if it's an abscess or cancer...still working to get an actual diagnosis...

Side note: which system are you using? I've never used outer planets in horary and don't know their application or what system you are using but i am curious.

I also live in LA...it's wild how much money they charged us for an ultra sound! We don't have a diagnosis and are over 4k in vet bills already...so i'm not feeling supported by our vet atm. It has something to do with her liver...they don't know what yet...

I'm worried about the saturn position atm. Miso's antiscia point is in my 12th, ruler saturn, saturn rx conjunct the asc. tired and worried. Thank you for your positivity...I hope you are right <3
