hey! i stand corrected then, and i don't want to challenge bbc verify, lol..

would you or anyone know a good place to start with the harmonious looking astrological line up for 2026 which andre barbault discussed previously?

i am trying to figure out how the west gets from unipolar world to multipolar one... i don't know what astro chart could be used to usher in a more harmonious future for us all here on planet earth.. i am thinking there must be something astrological to help see this.. i just finished watching a long video - 1 hour and 50 minutes, which asks this same question... you or others can watch it if interested.. i have gotten into a habit of watching long videos at a quicker speed - 1.75, with subtitles... i feel that it forces me to concentrate and i get more out of them..

i am hopeful andre barbaults work and focus on the harmony found in 2026 may help answer this question - Whither Post-Unipolar West? war and dominance is not the answer and - it isn't working either for all concerned..

here is another post from your 'center of the universe' lol!

I would have to go back in time and see what happened when Pluto was conjunct Vulcanus. As it is now in the opposition phase.
On the website of Midpoint Observatory, she cites Erich Fromm with the aspect MA/VU "the answer to the moral problems of man is productiveness".
On astrologyking.com, he mentions the Fixed star Altair (conjunct Pluto) in Aquila constellation as related to the U.S.A., space exploration, bombs, missiles and drones. Aquila also known as "the Flying Eagle", an American symbol.
So on the day of Mars-Vulcanus exact conjunction there was this news -

20th November,2024

British-produced Storm Shadow cruise missiles are launched into Russian territory by Ukraine for the first time, following approval by the Starmer cabinet. (The Guardian)

Hopefully we don't live to regret it.
I would have to go back in time and see what happened when Pluto was conjunct Vulcanus. As it is now in the opposition phase. In mythology, Vulcanus was a black-smith. Tied to Pluto, god of the underworld and Mars ruling steel, the war industry is producing 24/7.
Ah thanks for that I thought Hephaestus was the black-smith and known mainly via Tarot but it also exists as an asteroid. Another is also known as 'Vulcan' - Is that enough for now? :-?

I tend not to look that far into the future but the Aries Ingress for 2026 seems a good place to start.

On the whole astrologers seem quite negative about the prospects for year 2026 but I prefer to try and get through 2025 first. One bridge at a time...

Thank you Greg,

Hephaestus is Greek, the TNP Vulcanus Roman. Same myth.
And yes, there is also an asteroid Vulcanus not to be confused with the TNP.
On astro.com, the ephemeris files for the hyphotetical planets list both.
Vulcanus, regarded as a ugly god, got married to Venus! (Trump and Melania)
I suspect Vulcanus to be tied to the alpha male movement but I would need to make some research on this.
But there is this manifestation of bravado in Vulcanus like my drone is bigger than yours and the world scene is a display of this kind of behavior right now with Mars conjunct Vulcanus.
Ouranos
Blessings!

just for fun, here is the sun in tropical aries ingress for 2026 - pointed at the center of the universe - london! i used the time march 20, 2026, 14 46..

Image

seeing as it is focused on london, the angles of this chart take on greater significance to london uk and the uk generally in particular... first off - it is the fixed sign leo, so the chart is said to work for the whole year when this happens... the chart is mostly an upper western hemisphere emphasis, with the 2 planets jupiter and pluto being outside this area of focus.. it is sort of a bowl type pattern with jupiter and pluto the outer edges of the bowl. ... the midpoint of these two planets is 25 aries 08..

what can we say about the chart?? uranus up in the 10th house area, and loosely square the ascendant degree... diurnal chart, with sun at the midpoint of moon/north node and also at the 2 mental planets - mercury/moon.. the ascendant at 24 leo 35 is exact the mars/pluto midpoint at 24 aquarius 35..

for fun, here is a biwheel with the uk 1801 chart on the inside and the 2026 aries ingress chart on the outside...

Image

there might be some nice things to say about this overlap of charts, but not on the surface.. on the surface the fact the ascendant is conjunct 1801 saturn and the midheaven is conjunct 1801 mars doesn't speak well of the synastry for the uk here with the 2026 aries ingress chart... now, some of the folks in the uk will contemplate the idea that the sun does indeed set on the british empire?? lol... it certainly would be good if the uk politicians had a dose of reality, not that they'd put much faith in astrology!! maybe i will have to find a better location!!

Ha! Maybe that is why Gregg Wallace is in the news right now...yes it's a sensible theory and deserves some investigation. Poor Gregg, he's not exactly Puff Diddy - there's another - much more serious culprit in the news.

ps. I wonder in what way the 2 Vulcanus differ, if at all. Maybe in a similar way to Greenwich and London :? Astrology is often confusing.

Rather than the Empire I suspect it's got much more to do with John Harrison who invented the marine chronometer thus solving the problem of Longitude which was dangerously inaccurate at the time (resulting in shipwrecks etc). His invention was tested at the Royal Observatory in Greenwich - hence the link. Without his genius we may not have had the result of longitude based on a Greenwich Mean time/Universal time. Again it would be interesting to look at through an astrological lens or maybe its already been done in Skyscript magazine or wherever? It's an interesting topic simply to ask in what way a UK chart and World chart differ when erected in a similar location. That has often puzzled me!

I'm not aware of any mundane astrologers who do not use World charts set in Greenwich, James.

doing ''world'' charts in the past is not the same as today.. they would have had to start somewhere i suppose and may as well be in the british empire, lol.. when we say world, we don't say - london is the center of the world... longitudes and latitudes are man made constructs as you note down below... man made.... it is arbitrary... sorry, but them's the facts mam, lol..
