Hello Everyone, I am a new member and this is my first post

Recently I asked a question about a situation that really bothers me, I feel almost physical pain, because it is tormenting me that much.
Objectively, it is overreaction and I am aware of it, but I feel what I feel, and looking for anything to soothe myself. I’ve been crying out of the blue recently due to this, I can't sleep, I hardly eat.

Storyline:
I met a man late August (online only, never have met in person, we live in different countries, but he is about to move in to mine – I think it is important to the matter) and we became very into each other very quickly (my Neptune-Sun conjuncts his Neptune-Moon, both in Capricorn).
The communication (Whatsapp) was quite intense and regular, we were really comfortable with each other, I felt quite safe and open with him, which is unusual for me, We planned our meeting and were very excited about it. He is Saturn-Uranus (Sag) on ascendant, so he seemed mature and authentic, yet very empathetic due to his natal Neptune-Moon. I am also Saturn (Scorpio) on ascendant and also Cap Moon (23 degrees).

In November, communication became a bit less intense and less often, but recently he just stopped even reading my messages. We wrote with each other on 22/11 for the last time, it was very normal conversation.

After it, I wrote two messages, incl. one asking him to just let me know if he changed his mind and did not want to continue this - I would understand, but a clear message is always better than silence, because it makes me super anxious. I also wrote a text message to his phone and he also didn’t react. My message on Whatsapp has not been read so far.


Background of his current situation:
He is waiting since late August for some authorities decisions and stamps to be allowed to work here (my country), he said he would be here late Sept, than mid-October, than late November, I know he is not lying, because he is preparing himself to move in, but those paperwork and decisions are being postponed over and over, keeping him a bit hanging on and frustrated.

He told me he did not know what exact day he would be here, he is still waiting. Currently, he is staying with his parents and I know it bothers him, he said he is happy to move out, because they are a bit annoying and also, all his friends, life, future work, even an older sibling, are here. He is eager to move out, but apparently, this finalising decision from authorities is not coming since 3 months, it doesn’t’ seem he would be here in December, too. I do not know this, but I assume he is living on his savings and I guess it might be an issue, too (this is only my common sense deduction, though).

I asked: will he reply back to my last message?
My last message was: Are you okay?

My understanding:
I am a Mercury, on IC, in weak condition: retrograde, in detriment (Sag). He is Jupiter also in retrograde, also in detriment (Gem), and close to MC.
We receive mutual reception, so we're into each other in theory. Considering retrograde and detriment, neither of us is comfortable to directly act, because something is holding us back. He is in my 9th house, I am on his MC axis.

We are applying to each other, but the aspect will be opposition.

I am chasing him, since I am/Merc the faster moving planet in this duo.

I will "catch him" within next few days, but keep going retro until 15 December (this is when Merc retrograde move will end). He/Jupi keeps going retro until 4 Feb (I checked), so another 2 months he is rather weak and impossible to make a move forward.
Once I go direct, I will oppose him once more (late December i think?) and then go forward, while him being in retro. We will be still in detriment and mutual reception.
It's difficult to imagine, but it looks like I will be worrying about it for a month, and then change my mind on this matter and move on. This is what I would say to another person in this situation, but to me it is hard to believe I will be over him in a month, it's silly, but I fell hard for him. Mercury is also on IC, 4th house cusp - house of end of all matters. I will end this? Communication will end? Or since it is retro, there will be some kind of contact again?

Mercury is communication planet, Jupiter means foreigners and abroad, IC is home, MC is career, which I think reflects issues we are facing (distance, inability to meet due to location vs career delays).
Moon is in 2nd (his 8th) and in Libra, it just met with Jupiter in trine, but this perfect 0 degrees aspect is separating. Next aspect the Moon is going to have is square with Venus (in my 4th, his 10th), then my Mercury, but only a sextile (a mild aspect). This will be the last aspect if we exclude outer planets.
Yet, there is this Neptune (Pisces) on DESC axis.
Does it mean I do not see him as he really is? Am I dellusional about him? Is he lying or is in a muddy position (due to waiting, delays, inability to do anything about it).

Both significatiors are retro, wich means going back to something, we have this reception, but it seems that negative factors outrule anything that is supporting.
I see Saturn in his 12th, a hidden things and secrets house - is he carrying some burden he doen't want to share with me? Also, this Saturn is in 6th house of this chart, so again - work conditions, work-related isssues OR diseases, health-related issues.

Mars in his 5th house is significant, and Sun (his 2nd siginificator) is in my 3rd house of communication. Me as Moon is in his 8th house. I do not know how to interpret these positions. Of course, all the way, Jupiter and Mercury are also going to hit Saturn in Pisces in squares, very unpleasant :/

I will be very very thankful for any insight, it is killing me.
Also, is it possible to see what is behind his sudden silence? A disease, frustration that he might not be able to come here even within next moths? Maybe he got bored with me?

I would say Yes, he will reply to your message but with a lot of back and forth and miscommunications.

Retrograde
Both of you are retrogrades.
Jupiter puts intentions to Mercury whom in turn never said that and Mercury search the tree instead of the forest by lack of information.

Mutual reception
The mutual reception can help close the gap and clear the air.

Opposition
If your goal is to be united to this person, the detriment nature of your rulers will require a major adjustment of your intention.

I think you are right about miscommunication - it is very apparent in this chart and also, this is exactly what is happening now.
I have no idea where I am at. He has been stable and emotionally predictable (in a good way) so far.

Another word to describe the ME/JU opposition would be 'speculation'.

I do not know if I should follow what he said, what I feel, what I think or how he is behaving. All is vague, so I speculate about this situation.
And reference to Trump is very spot on, since I live in a country that borders Ukraine - what a Uranian intuition!

Sacrifice is how I roll (natal Neptune with Sun;), but I am more worried he might let go of me. Maybe he is ashamed of his situation.

Legal matters are probably even more complicated by this Neptune sitting on DESC. I read that 7th house is also responsible for relocation (again, very coherent with other elements).
Also, the VE is in his 10th house (my 4th), and this VE ruler - Saturn - sits in his 12th house. His 12th house (my 6th) ruler is also Saturn in this horary chart.

What is interesting and makes all these issues even more apparent (but not very lucky, I guess) - in his current solar return chart (end of Aug 2024 - end of Aug 2025, he is a Virgo Sun), his solar ascendant (Libra) ruler - Venus - is in weak Virgo and in solar 12th house (prison symbolism, isolation, sadness), plus it opposes Saturn (Pisces) and Neptune (Pisces) in his solar 6th house. I guess some serious work and health issues might significantly lower his self-esteem and wellbeing (Venus).

I am wondering if that might be also some kind of health issue?
His 6th and 12th houses + Saturn and Neptune influences are very present in both charts (this horary, his current solar return).
It worries me, I think he might be a really great person, but timing is very diffcult for him.

I guess retro Merc and retro Jup in opposition have something to do with it - I have been very exhausted mentally, in the recent 2 weeks.

I was wondering if I should reach out first in a while, but frankly, looking at upcoming aspects, I do not see a favorable time within next 2-3 months to do it. I am also not sure if it is a good idea - I wish he knew I care for him, but I am not desperate. It would be easier if he was open about his current attitude towards me.

Now it's Mercury retrograde, then it will be squaring Saturn (as well as Sun will square with Saturn and Neptune), this Jupiter is retro until early Feb, meanwhile Mars being retro in Leo and Cancer (its fall) for quite long, and also, Venus in Pisces will be retro and then entering Aries (its detriment).
Looks like until end of March (at least) planets and aspects are not great for personal matters (love, action, communication, general growth and balance). How do you see it?

Unless you search for an election date to start or plan something, follow your instinct.
And with your closed ones, the relationship is more important than worrying about astrology.
And I never tried to change the course of their destiny. At best, if they asked me, I gave my advice with double empathy not using an astrological jargon but from a human perspective.

I don't know if its useful to add that the Moon is conjunct Black Moon Lilith in this chart which is not helpful perhaps. Fortunately it's not commonly used but I'm probably one that might do.

I also noticed it later, when I added to this chart more elements (like Black Moon Lilith). I have no idea how to interpret BML in horary, tho.

I read how it might manifest in synastry and natal charts, but do you have any idea how to understand it in a horary chart? Some kind of unluck and loss in the upcoming events?

The Moon is in his 8th house (and BML about to enter his 8th sector), maybe Moon in turned 8th house confirms instability with finances.
Addionally, with square to Venus - lack of them or material resources-related misery?

Venus is the ruler of his 8th house (2nd in the chart), so it's like a double hit to his financial situation.

Next aspect of MO is sextile to Mercury which rules his 4th (home, permanent residency), 6th (work/health/ daily routine) and 7th (partners - also business ones, relocation).
Maybe it shows that his difficulties will lessen, but there are 5 degrees between MO and ME - realistically, I would count 5 months, not weeks.
I am not sure about that, tho. Which signs are the fastest moving (days) and which ones the slowest (months) traditionally?

Maybe Uranus in his 3rd shows this abrupt and sudden cut off in daily communication. UR is Rx, so I am trying to convince myself there is some hope to go back to the previous state:)

Hi Salem, I have never so much as read a book on Horary as it's never really interested me but I do take an interest occasionally so please take my thoughts with a pinch of salt as I try also to 'figure it all out'. BLM acts similar to Uranus/Pluto so its something of an intense nature as it's in 1st/2nd I'm assuming its you and it rules 11th of dreams, goals and anticipation. It has a liberating nature so is not necessarily negative and may often act for the good. The rising degree of 24 Virgo is Sabian Symbol 174 "Mary and her white lamb" suggesting a kind, helpful nature here and on 7th 24 Pisces 'A Small Inhabited Island' suggests perhaps his current inhibiting circumstances but I'll stop there and leave the rest to the experts.
