Exercise 9

1
Adolf Eichmann's executioner died this week. I once learned Ivrit in the building of what was then the Beit ha'am court, because there was an ulpan there after all. I still regret not proposing to my teacher. Eichmann's execution must have been around midnight. When exactly?

what exactly is the exercise?? finding the exact time of eichmanns death in order to understand the astrology of death better??

and what do these words in your post mean - ''Ivrit'' and ''ulpan''? your post is very opaque fidibus....

as it happens their is a chart for eichmann at astrodatabank rated AA..

https://www.astro.com/astro-databank/Eichmann,_Adolf

the chart is completely western hemisphere emphasis, suggesting he was not a man in control of his own fate, but at the mercy of others and of the society he was born into at the time..

hannah arendt wrote a very good, somewhat controversial book called 'eichmann in jerusalem, a report on banality of evil' which i happened to read a few years ago.. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eichmann_in_Jerusalem

essentially eichmann claimed he was following orders of the fuhrer.. it is an interesting claim, but given the heavy western hemisphere emphasis of the chart, it is possible this is exactly how he saw it.. he essentially removed himself from the responsibility for his actions, and claimed he was responsibly following the 'chain of command'... 4 planets are in poor celestial shape in this chart...

when you do a biwheel of your speculative midnight chart to his natal chart, what shows up is an emphasis on eichmanns natal saturn at 8 pisces 10.... the ascendant opposite pluto in your midnight chart lands at 6 pisces 30, and 5 virgo 35 respectively... in some ways this makes sense seeing the slow transit of pluto opposite his natal saturn.. this is considered a transit indicative of hardship and associated with war..

where did you come up with the midnight time for his death?? oh, and do tell us about the meaning of these words - ''Ivrit'' and ''ulpan'' thanks..

Dear james_m,
ivrit is another word for the new hebrew language, ulpan is the word for a school for immigrants to israel to teach and learn hebrew (ivrit). I learned hebrew in the same building were the trial of Eichmann happened. But I forgot most of it, it is long time ago. My personal connection to this building probably was the reason why the news touched me that the man died on tuesday who executed Eichmann in 1962. So I read about the situation of the execution what also meant that Eichmann was lead to the execution room just before midnight. If you are interested in this exercise you should google an english text. I find this kind of exercise very helpful in study and learn astrology rules, the energy of the moment. It's a pity that deb delets things like that. I don't want to appear arrogant. But my feeling is that this way is too sophisticated for most of you.
My connection to the Nuremberg trials is that a few years ago I was invited to the same court as a witness in a trial and I was angry because I had to drive more than three hours to that court and in the end I returned home without being asked any question.

thanks fidibus

maybe one challenge for you to accept is to try to share your wisdom and insights to others in a way that others understand it... wisdom is meant to be shared, but not kept cloistered up in ones mind.. well, i think this is especially true on a public astrology forum, otherwise, why post?

I have a question: Why do you keep putting these posts, about executed Nazis, for example, in the "Sport and Speculation" forum? Surely there's a more appropriate place for them. "General astrology," perhaps?

The background for such interpretation is similar.

I can only agree with what James said: There's neither sport nor speculation in this "exercise". And I can't imagine comparing the hanging of a Nazi-criminal with e.g. a tennis match.

actually it was stargeezer who mentioned that, but i too agree with them and lunlumo..

fidibus, putting these bizarre exercises of yours in the sport and speculation realm is indeed bizarre.... but the bigger thing for me aside from the bizarre nature of your posts is trying to intuit what your astrological objectives are in any of this... perhaps they will remain baffling indefinitely.. perhaps my idea of humouring you by replying is a mistake... if you want to talk about eichmann ( and the timing of his death) - the nativities and general astrology forum is the place to do it.. this might be my last response on your wacky thread here...

I think Fidibus just wants our attention.

We don't understand his cryptic posts. It's "too sophisticated" for us. Our incomprehension feeds his self-image as an unrecognized genius, superior to us, but we're too dull to see it. The "unrecognized genius" bit is actually a defense against deep-seated feelings of inferiority.

No astrology was used in this analysis. Just past experience.
