the chart for 830am local to tel aviv is shown below in tropical zodiac..
it has taken 15 months to get to this... what can be said of the chart?? jupiter in gemini is conjunct the i.c. point and rules the ascendant/midheaven of the chart.. it's ruler is mercury in a 146 % aspect to jupiter.. mercury rules the 4th and 7th house and is in capricorn in the 11th house.. jupiter is square the rising venus-saturn conjunction in the 1st house... generally jupiter and saturn in square is not a helpful set up politically as i see it.. i suspect this is a temporary and fragile ceasefire here, but i would like to be positive.. the conflict has basically been going on since the inception of israel - 1948 and longer... perhaps neptune rising also in the 1st house speaks to this general view of the ceasefire holding... it is a planet that implies weakness, perhaps further emphasized by its proximity to saturn in pisces rising as well.. there is something about a lingering liability that just never seems to go away.. venus in pisces is the one bright spot, perhaps indicating those who want to see a more compassionate and empathetic resolution to this ongoing conflict..

the moon in 1 libra 28.. it is in the 8th whole sign house in a 150 aspect to the ascendant.. it is in a fairly close trine to pluto in the 12th, perhaps indicating the desire on the part of some, to see the bloodshed and death end.. i am not sure if this will get it though, given the placement of the moon in the 8th and not aligned in any favourable way with the rest of the chart..

mars continues its retrograde motion and is in opposition to the sun and sun/pluto conjunction.. perhaps this speaks more to the necessity of a member of netanyahus coalition resigning in protest.... we can see that in the close connection of this sun/pluto being opposed by mars at present in relation to the 415pm chart for israel which i show below in a biwheel chart for this ceasefire agreement...

the outstanding transit of uranus to israels sun continues to overshadow much of the change in dynamic that has been taking place in israel since the oct 7th, 2023 event... it is seen clearly in the synastry chart above as well... israels mercury is at 10 gemini 22, very close to the transiting jupiter and also to the i.c. point of this ceasefire chart.. perhaps the long transit of pluto to opposition of israel moon in this chart addresses the resignation of Itamar Ben Gvir an important part of netanyahus gov't coalition here.. i suspect the tension within the leadership of israel to not lessen, but instead increase moving forward..

I think the main configuration for the ceasefire is the opposition SU/MA with MA R (a halt or a symbolic FM) and JU R (diplomatic efforts) in the mix semi-square MA and sesqui-quadrate the SU..
We can watch what will happen when MA and JU change direction.

you might be right!! of course the retro mars is an important factor here... it appears to not go forward until feb 24th area.. the 45 between mars and jupiter might have been an important catalyst here.. it is moving out of that aspect and what was the 135 to sun quickly here though..

i was looking at the synastry between the 4pm chart for israel which i have personally tended to favour here... this chart has 25 cancer 02 - right where mars transit is at present... here is the synastry with the 830am event and israel 4pm chart on the outside... the red arrow highlights mars transit position more clearly here...
