I moved out of the apartment on November 15 and left it in a tidy condition, handing over the keys to the agency. About two weeks ago, the apartment owner contacted me, demanding that I compensate her for damages she claims to have found later when she entered the apartment. The owner lives abroad. She is making unreasonable demands and has already threatened me with a lawyer in her very first message. She claims the apartment was newly renovated, which is absurd. The apartment was old, with old furniture, and most importantly, the owner initially failed to disclose a cockroach infestation, which she only casually mentioned on the day we signed the contract.
When I moved in, the apartment was dirty, despite her claims that it was cleaned, and it was full of cockroaches, both dead and alive. I struggled with this for six months and informed the agency immediately after moving in. However, I couldn’t leave right away due to financial reasons and the difficulty of finding a new apartment. I have now threatened her with a counterclaim for failing to disclose the infestation.

I am Saturn in Pisces, peregrine, without real power to act. As you can see, my finances, represented by Mars, are severily affected by changing apartments and additional other costs.

I will assign the ruler of the 10th, Jupiter to the landlord. She (the landlady actually) resides in the rx 4th house, the apartment in question. She is in her detriment, retrograde, unable to act the way she would like. But I think Ju rx in Gemini in this case respresent her dishonesty.

Landlords are usually 7th house. 10th is the judge/ruling over the matter. For the final verdict I'd look at the 10th/10th lord. Sun in detriment in the 12th house of enemies describes the difficult landlord much better than Jupiter ever would. Make sure you have all evidence and writing that was discussed. Although you are in a sign of Jupiter, Jupiter does trine Sun and might side with them if you don't fight this. They must have a weak argument given their significators, but the problem is that they might still win. I find it concerning that the Moon on the MC sextiles them from the 12th. I'm sorry you are dealing with this.
